Order still had not been dispatched way past it’s estimated date and they don’t seem to respond to emails. However, calling them was much more efficient and they were really helpful.

Book came packaged with shredded cardboard that damaged the spine and front cover irreversibly whilst in transit. Eco-friendly, but not cover-friendly; I advise ordering elsewhere online.
Pages all in-tact, so two stars for being able to read it at least.

Tried ordering an electronic gift voucher from their website for my nephews birthday. Should be instantaneous. More than 24 hours pass after ordering and multiple phone calls and no voucher to be seen. I wish I hadn’t bothered and I missed the birthday date! What’s the point? Thanks for nothing.

Hi, I was a loyal customer... until your erina manger assaulted me two christmases ago. i have footage... I reached out to the head office.. was ignored! atrocious! disgusting! never go back and will never reccomend. do not use this store of service!

Would give no stars if possible.
I purchased to preorder a book as a gift, my credit card details would not go through the first time and there was an error. I put my CC details in again and it told me that my order was already being processed. I got no invoice to indicate whether or not my order had actually worked or not and whether I had been charged. Checked my banking online and QBD had taken the money out of my account, refunded me and then taken it out again. Called up the head office and they told me they’d fix it and get back to me. It’s been a week and a half, no one got back to me. Called again, they told me they’d sought it out and send me an email to which I have to send them info about my order and prove I’ve bought the book. It’s been 3 days now and no response from them. I will never support this company ever again. Ridiculous customer service.

Placed an online order on 12 November and both the website and email notification said the items were in stock and would be dispatched in 1-3 business days. It's now the 21st December and my order has still not been sent. The company is also no longer replying to my requests for an update or refund. Very poor customer service!

Before you purchase anything, take a moment to read all the reviews on productreview.com.au ... Only purchase from them if you dont want your order delivered for a month or more

Do yourself a favour and get books elsewhere.
