I can't give more than 5 stars unfortunately. Ben did a termite inspection at our house and his service was amazing. He carefully checked every corner of our house and the backyard, advised a solution for every single problem we had or could possibly have, for free. He explained the pests behaviour, the measures which can protect us. Apart from the fact that he is an expert in what he's doing he's a very nice person. It was a pleasure to meet him and I definitely recommend him to everyone!

Was very helpful and thorough. We had a small recurring issue and he came back right away at no charge and completed another spray for us. Would highly recommend.

We needed to have our garden inspected for fire ants prior to having a pool installed. The inspector from Paragon was fabulous. Very helpful and thorough. Thankfully, no fire ants were found but we maintain vigilance as these imported pests are dreadful. Would recommended PPM.

Ben undertook a pest inspection for a house purchase. He was exceptionally responsive and flexible in arranging an inspection time, particularly considering I had to postpone and cancel several times. After the inspection Ben took the time to explain his findings that would be documented in the report. Report was backed by photographs and easy to understand.

I cannot recommend Ben highly enough. I had my place check not 2 months ago and was given the all clear. by another pest control company. I was replacing carpets and found one of the bedrooms full of white ants. The original company was not going to do a treatment for 10 days. We contacted Ben. Without hesitation he was here promptly. knowing it was urgent, treated the problem thoroughly at a much cheaper price. He has since installed a termite barrier round the house and assisted in every way to get my accommodation business up and running as fast as possible. Any one choosing Ben for their pest management will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience. Lee really helped us put a plan in place for how to manage it easily in the future - he definitely knows his stuff when it comes to bugs! Will def use again and happy to recommend.
