McDonald's Helensvale (Food Court)

McDonald's here is always pretty busy. The food is fresh and the customer service is really good. The place is kept really clean, the cleaners do a great job. There is plenty of seating and a kids play area outside if you need somewhere for the kids to play. The food court is right in the middle of westfield so takes 5mins to walk there. Worth checking out if you need food.

This is our favourite McDonald's in a shopping centre layout! Reasons are, the staff are always friendly, the meals are the freshest in comparison to other local franchises & they make amazing Almond milk Latte's (actually better than Zaraffas in my opinion).
It is located at the rear left of the Westfield's Helensvale food court, if you come through the entrance where the Waxd store is.
It is very convenient to the outdoor seating & kids playground area also, or plenty of comfortable indoor seating! 10/10

Food is always fresh and we love the outside play area here. Large climing area for children 5 years and older, smaller climbing and play area for the younger children.

Clean big eating area toilets and kids playground with climbing gym great for kids.

Fantastic costumer service! Always lovely staff on, and food comes out pretty quick! Definitely one of the better McDonald’s around.

Have bought regularly, Often very busy
Staff are alway happy to help especially with my coffee and extra sugar.
I also had to order when my daughter had low blood sugar and needed food fast, it was busy but the team came together to get her meal to her within a minute. Also food court and other Westfield staff were kind to check in with my daughter to see she was ok.
I will continue to eat here as food is consistent.
I have seen customers be rude and staff have always offered replacements. But hard to do if the food is already eaten and then complained.

Macca's staff were friendly and attentive.
