Have been a customer since 1969 when they were called Bank Of New South Wales. All his time I have found the staff helpful and very friendly.

Went there once & impressed by the positive attitude of the teller,it was at the festive season & despite in general conversation I said I'm not a religious person therefore christmas is"too over done for my liking" hence,they still gave me as a customer a box of chocolates-it's the thought that counts! I can't eat chocolate myself but made for a nice gift for some-1 who could!

I dropped in to Westpac to pick up a corporate credit card. The staff are clearly stressed and it shows. I feel for them but even if you're stressed, being short with customers and somewhat rude is a low level of Custer service.

Went in to get coins changed to notes. Was given a LOT of attitude by Donna and told ‘well we don’t have a coin counter’. Gave me bank bags to count the coins myself - which is no issue at all, however I only had gold coins, and a few $.50 cent pieces. There was no one else in line, yet I felt like I was inconveniencing her for doing her job. Not very professional, just some feedback.

I've rung over a couple of days to make an appointment, no-one answers the phone and it's useless leaving a message, no-one bothers returning your call. Zero customer service for elderly customers. WESTPAC, spend some of those enormous profits on retaining some staff to provide a service to people who aren't IT capable, legally blind, and hearing difficulties. You are discriminating against the elderly & disabled persons. Your customers are your profits, why not invest in the people who invest in you!!

Donna who at the counter was terribly servicing me and my partner. She ignored my partner request simply because his English is limited and sent us away even I was trying to translate and helping. Very rude and disappointed and I wish I would never come into this branch seeing this face again!

Honestly, Donna, why don’t you just get a new job? I saw so many negative reviews on you. Are you kind of psycho loving to be criticised?

What a joke! I came all the way from Nerang to use the atm, not only do they take cash deposit, they also don’t do coin deposit, their atm doesn’t work, and the staff are horrible!! Literally the worst experience ever!! I’m literally changed banks

We had a disappointing experience at Helensvale Westpac branch. We had poor welcome. The Service desk officer who served us was not customer friendly. We felt like she was racist. May be because she couldn't understand our accent at the beginning.

No cash available in this bank on a weekend so no access to your own savings. No tellers so 1 guy serving customers - not his fault but a overall a poor experience.

I came in for a basic transaction. Donna was so uninterested in carrying out any customer service duties that I was embarrassed for her. Get a new job if you hate yours so much.

I can see a few similar reviews when looking through here about the same lady, so I wont go in on her too hard. But my God, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Worst customer service experience...
At 320pm Friday 3rd September 2021, I walked into the store, and I spoke to the
So-called "customer service" who from the very first second you could tell she was looking for any excuse not to help. This is the worse display of customer service I've ever experienced from any business. She was happy for me to come back another day if she didn't have to do any work. I was there for least at then a minute and walked out. I will be changing bank next week because if too impossible to print off an account, they have no hope with a bank loan. It
