Hairhouse Helensvale

As a salon owner myself I occasionally go to other salons to remove myself from my own environment and switch off.
I went for a weekend away recently and found myself in Gina’s chair (this was the ultimate surprise to find her there-she was my stylist as a teenager on the Sunshine Coast).
I left with the best cut and colour I’ve had in years, some new products that are amazing and feeling 100% relaxed and pampered! Gina’s attention to detail and ability to listen to what I was asking for and recreate in my hair have left a very big smile on my face!
I’ll be back when I can!

Amazing experience at Hairhouse in Helensvale after being around to so many different places. This place thrives in customer service and has highly skilled staff. One staff in particular, who I was served by is Gina. I felt valued and Gina took time to fully understand my needs and gave me her undivided attention during initial consultation. My first time visiting this store and I will surely visit again. I hope management acknowledges your hard work and dedication Gina and realise that you are a true asset to business.

I have had trouble with a dry scalp for a long time now but after going in to Helensvale Hairhouse & speaking with one of their staff named Gina, she got me onto really good products that have really made a huge difference. Thank you so much for listening & for guiding me to using the correct product for my dry scalp! I highly recommend "Hairhouse Helensvale".

Gina is an amazing sales assistant, she helped me dye my hair from black to blonde and helped me find the correct toners and care for my hair with no trouble. Definitely recommend Gina for hair help

What a lovely place to walk into when your greeted by the friendliest & nicest lady name Gina! WOW... Her product & hair knowledge is out of this world! Gina, took her time in explain the products she recommended for me to take home! A M A Z I NG - DIFINITELY 5 STAR! I sincerely hope thar Hairhouse Management, acknowledges good staff members & that they are rewarded for their hard work because good employee's are hard to find!

5 Stars for Althea's extraordinary customer service, and a huge thank you too. I'd been on a waiting list for my hair colour at my usual Hairhouse but not hearing back, Anthea saved me from embarrassment and posted it pronto!

Hairhouse at Helensvale is the best store I’ve been to yet, the staff are wonderful, and the very sweet lady, Gina? Sorry if i am wrong but she gave the best honest advice and I will forever take it upon my future purchases. Definitely recommend this store!

Went in to find some products for recent foils the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and gave me two products I definitely needed thankyou hair house Helensvale !

I usually never write reviews, but after the incredible service I received from Emma I just couldn’t believe it. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience and even made sure I had the right Haircare after I left. She was such a warm and friendly individual and I honestly will not be going anywhere else! Thank you Emma!

Grace will go over and beyond to help you with choosing the right type of products for your hair. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hair dressing. 10/10 recommend going to see her. Lovely new store and lots of smiling faces which is exactly what you want.

Just got my hair done, what a transformation, I walked in with a mop, and terrible cover up hair colour, I was greeted with a friendly smile and great hospitality and great banter hahaha, non stop chatter. I told my lovely hair dresser she made me feel pampered,just what I needed, also given some products that will help my
Hair type and needs. So appreciate your help an angel in disguise 🙏 this place is one of my happy places 😄

The customer service from Grace was exceptional! She couldn’t have done any more for both my mum and I today, she went above and beyond to help us and meet our individual needs, she took the time to explain every item and to demonstrate how a diffuser works. She gave the both of us some samples to take home and try also. Will definitely be back ☺ my mum has naturally white corse hair and suffers from psoriasis and took the time to explain how the products would work for her hair and skin and was very knowledgeable about the products she was recommending. Can’t thank her enough for a great experience today. I wouldn’t normally write a review but I felt strongly about giving her the recognition she deserves.

The stylist Paige is so lovely, I have a lot of anxiety and every time I come in she’s very understanding, friendly and of course does a fantastic job on my hair. I’m so happy I’ve found a salon I feel comfortable going to again, thank you!

The atmosphere is calming and welcoming with a sense of feeling ‘at home’ , while a sustained level of professionalism is maintained. The staff ALL took great care of each other which sets this warm culture. So VERY THANKFUL for EMMA who has yet again coloured, cut and styled my hair beautifully. Looking forward to returning

Thank you Paige..after having a botched job at Lyn Dines hair salon the team at hair warehouse were a breathe of fresh air. Not only did I walk out with my hair restored to its former glory, the team were friendly and clearly knowledgeable in their field. Paige was compassionate, professional, put me at ease and most importantly fixed my hair. I have no problem recommending this salon to anyone: great skillset, great products, and very reasonable prices!

I came into store yesterday and had a great feeling about the store as soon as I walked in. All the ladies working were all very kind.

I was greeted and served within a minute of entering the store.

I then asked about hair services and to my surprise I was able to be booked in then and there.

Paige was my hairdresser and she was a breath of fresh air.

She gave me a consultation and did my hair exactly how I envisioned.

My hair looks, feels and smells amazing.

I will not hesitate to return for all my future hair needs.
