Love this practice. Everyone is super friendly and has a great sense of humour. On a serious note, Dr. Moshtagh would have to be one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thankyou for all that you have done for me.

Myhealth Helensvale has been my go to doctors for the last 13 years after I followed Dr Moshtagh from another practice. The staff are always friendly and try to fit me in if I ever need to be seen at the last moment. They really do give 💯 percent care.

Dr Nikki Yates is so lovely and caring. She’s the first doctor I’ve been to who actually listens to my concerns and looks deeper into issues I enquire about. Thanks to her I’m feeling better than I have in a few years. It’s nice to feel seen and heard. Highly recommend her!!

As soon as I walked in it was a great experience, with the help I received from the receptionist. Followed up by Dr. Nathan being very thorough and proactive of my health.

Have been going here for many years, they are always friendly and professional. Dr Moshtagh is thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. Yes sometimes there is a wait, but you know what when it's your turn, you are not a number or dollar sign you are a human and are given the time you need without feeling rushed in and out. I appreciate this. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend myhealth Helensvale.

As soon as you walk in the door your greeted with a smile. The ladies at the reception are lovely and very helpful. My Dr is amazing and very caring and your not treated like a number like other surgeries I’ve been to. I can’t speak highly enough of Myhealth Helensvale.

I have been visiting the clinic for over a year.When something does not go well with our body, especially with what is called potentially life threatening condition we need the medical attention not only to go through but feel at ease and take a proactive preventive approach.I found the medical attention consultative, caring and diligent at this practice. The staff are customer centric and get to know you.The nurses engaging and attentive There is great multicultural presence and inclusive approach by all. Being at your appointment on time is a prerequisite but there is often a delay to be attended on the time agreed while waiting in the lobby area.
Understood as it is better to spend quality time if needed with the GP rather than a rushed talk leaving you in doubt.

Sometimes a recovery may take longer than expected as one navigates through several examinations and the doctors work smart on plans incorporating the patients efforts by empowering you to give your best self in the process. Mental support and encouragement is the compass along with medical strategies. The road to recovery sometimes may take long but the rewards from resilience and positive mindset can bring one faster to healing.Dr Mostagh has an impeccable medical ethic.
He forms partnership with his patients in an open communication allowing to express concerns.asks questions and provide input and feedback of your journey to recovery.

Doctor Rita at Helensvale my health is the most amazing and helpful doctor, I always go to her for anything and she never disappoints. The staff at the front desk are also amazing and very lovely lady’s, I never have an issue when I need help. Definitely recommend my health Helensvale.

We have attended MyHealth Helensvale for several years now. During that time we have been very confident of receiving excellent health care and advice. Previously we received care from Dr M and Dr T at Carrara and were thrilled to find they had relocated to Helensvale. Doctors at MyHealth are very professional and approachable and we appreciate the care they give us.

The doctor I saw today wasn't my usual gp. But picked everything up quickly and was helpful. A new doctor, but she's switched on.

Dr.Jining is knowledgeable, helpful and very caring. He listens and understands issues and points you in the right direction. Dr. Ong has also been amazing. The nurses and girls at the front desk are lovely and accommodating. Never had a bad experience.
