Penrith Police Station

Have not had a requirement to call on the Penrith police, thank goodness, but have said hello while seeing them patrolling the streets and they seem like some of the most friendly, pleasant police in Sydney. Thank you for your courteous and comforting presence!

I found my dealings with them to be completely professional, courteous and respectful. They were accurate and polite. Thank you for your time. We appreciate you for keeping us safe :)

Great staff to work with in holding an important event

Night shift seems OK called about a guy wearing a hoodie hanging around the carpark of the units I'm staying at at 2,30am phone calls were answered immediately they sent a patrol car out but didn't find him. Thanks for the effort though!

I am very grateful to the offices that helped my sister on Saturday night she is now safe and getting the help she needs health wise.

depends on what night & whom is at the desk. There will be times where you get someone sympathetic to your dilemma/issue & will send someone out in a timely manner other times you’ll get someone that’s id say is too lazy to want to do anything when things have been previously done before & give such excuse. To those in Penrith upset about them, keep trying & you’re bound to get someone good unless they refuse to pickup the phone at certain times

I've called them up a few times and each time, it has been rude, abrupt and very dismissive. I know they can be overworked or exhausted, but customer service should be important you never know who needs help. Very in your face attitude

Not helpful at all. Very bad service. They are excusing my fathers abusive and intimidating behaviour. Not happy at all. Please google my father’s name and see what kind of a person he really is. His name is Ramesh Ravend Singh and he went to prison for DUI. It is true, they are rude, don’t let you speak, are intimidating and they think they can rule people around. What will it take for police to take me seriously? Getting murdered by my father? Start by answering your phones at the station. U guys are a disgrace to the community

They need to issue these guys each a unicycle.... that would complete the clown outfit that reflects the work they perform...

Absolute joke. Woke in morning to find our car and work van broken into and items stolen. Call police station at 9.30 am - phone rang out 4 times before someone answered. Told they were passing details on to patrol car and that they would be out to discuss. We left cars alone as doors left open and possibility of fingerprints. At 3.10pm I receive a phone call from the station saying they were way too busy and that I was to call a13 number where they would take the details over the phone and organise fingerprinting. Called number, gave details and they said basically if fingerprinting to be done Penrith Station would have logged it and they hadn't. So we lose a days work waiting, and have the stress of having vehicles broken into and nothing done.... I guess they are all too busy revenue raising rather than helping on break and enters! Great use of taxpayer money - we pay so they can tell us they are too busy to do their job when we need them - but when they book you for doing 5ks over the speed limit they can speak to you like you are dirt!! Useless
