I’ve been coming here for many years now with my children and other family members I have since recommended. The reception staff are very warm and professional. They now know me and my kids by name. The drs are ALL very thorough and efficient - thank you for your care team!

Husband and I moved over from Perth and our daughter recommended Dr Michael. We have been going to him for approximately 12 months and find him and the practice very efficient and helpful.

Let's be realistic, this is Sydney. So many people. It doesn't seem to matter where you go, most places are crowded. It always the luck of the drawer when you go to the doctors. The thing that sets Southlands apart from the rest, is the number of doctors they have on-site. There could be a dozen people in front of you when you arrive but I've never had to wait more than 45 minutes. The doctors are knowledgeable and helpful.
I did go to another family clinic in the area and they had one doctor on duty. I waited over an hour and a half. Reception is also very helpful and polite at Southlands. Great medical clinic. I can't fault them.

Dr Steve is amazing with my autistic son. I feel he knows me and my kids and that no question is a silly question. He always puts my mind at ease and provides the most incredible care. I have also seen Dr Trish and she is incredible. Beautiful human and such a calming and relaxed manner. I cannot dalt this practice and will continue to attend for all my GP needs.

First time going today, from the moment I walked in, was easy and pleasant. The medical receptionist was helpful and accomodating, I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, and Dr Chu took her time consulting me. Spent a good 15-20 minutes in with her, didn't feel rushed in the least. Overall an excellent experience and medical centre.

My experience has been great right from the receptionist, waiting room to seeing Dr Michael.
