First Choice has great prices, a large range of products and is convenient for me when I would like to buy a bottle of wine.

I always find what I'm looking for well laid out friendly staff.

1st Choice is aptly named. It has the greatest range of labels I've ever seen anywhere: imports, local, big name and indie. Whether you want to make a splash with something special or are just looking for your go-to at a good price: these guys have you covered.
The prices here are very cheap too (without being suspiciously cheap). The staff have been perfectly professional and genuinely friendly. The security here is firm but friendly. They often check ID and have always had security at the door.
The layout of the shop itself is fantastic too, they've made great use of the space. Very easy to find things and hard to get lost, feels spacious yet not hollow.

Was there as soon as it opened. Parking was not good due to Xmas shoppers.. it's that time of year folks ! As for the shop itself... great choice of alcohol. Local as well as imported. Price checked before going... better prices... as usual ! For what I wanted to buy ! Staff very good. Busy re stocking shelves etc. and easy to navigate. Recommended specials at the checkout but no problem if you don't buy those... I did this morning ! Hey it's Xmas !!! 😃

I was annoyed to find out that the store didn't have the stock that was advertised on their website, but the staff were super helpful and found me something similar and matched the price. Would recommend.

After trying for four days to get online and at least 80 minutes of wasted phone time I called Penrith for help and got Heath who was absolutely marvellous at sorting out a problem with delivery from the online (I wont call it service!) however he really sorted things out and restored my faith in First Choice - Penrith at least. Thanks Keith and best wishes to you all at Christmas.
