Over the years the staff have been great. But having an S8 script knocked back today and being charged normal prices for other meds after presenting a pensioner concession card meansm I won't be returning.

Well, I thought "Yippee! At last something efficient in Kempsey!" Had my fourth COVID vax at this chemist only to find that the NovaVax that they issuing isn't even approved as a second booster! Of course, I didn't find out until after I had the jab. So now it's back to my GP to find out what to do. Don't go to this pharmacy, they've no idea what they are doing!!!

Failed to order my sons Enbrel, for his arthritis, which is needed so he doesn't have his joints attacked, for the second time now. To top it off they accused me of not collecting it so they sent it back. I have proof of purchase on my credit card 4 weeks ago I collected it. Now my son doesn't get his medicine on time again. I will be going elsewhere now.
