I am a regular customer at the cafe and since the new management has taken over my experience is always a pleasant one. The staff are both friendly and helpful. Even in the mornings when it gets busy with coffee orders, the girls are polite and wish everyone a lovely day. I have a difficult coffee order and they haven't failed in getting it wrong... I will continue to buy my morning coffee only from here!!! :)

I mean what can you say to improve on Michele's Patisserie and the range they stock and sell: beautiful cakes lovely coffee the only thing that's missing here is some lovely tables and chairs to sit in because there's no room. The other thing that you could complain about was that they do not have any gluten-free product at all...best part is that ELISE works there!!!

A very clean and cosy cafe to have coffee and light snacks with friends and family... oh and not to mention the SPECTACULAR customer service! the staff aren’t too bad on the eyes either 😉 Recommend 10/10
