I would like to say that Dr Moss and his nurse Dianna are so caring and wonderful people. Dr Moss saw me straight away when I was very sick, so thank you very much. I highly recommend Dr Moss and his practice.

Despite being only one doctor on with a room full of patients and only able to ask one question during your appointment, the lovely receptionist Faith, and the pathologist both delivered exceptional customer service. They were both very empathetic & caring. And they are very lucky to have such good employees working for them during these times.

WOW!! You have to admire the keyboard worriers. They produce opinions given online, without the knowledge of the workings of the entities involved.

Medical receptionists, have the most difficult of jobs. Charged with the triage of patients. Yes they are not clinicaly trained, as MONTE AW, so eloquently stated. Like a hospital, if something is urgent, the doctor needs to know...

As for medical professionals, there has been an increased demand, as per reporting from news and other entities. So why would this practice be any different. The doctors are dealing with unprecidented numbers, with unprecedented needs, and yet the waiting times should stay the same?

Unlike other practices, a regular patient has the opportunity of seeing a doctor, on the day, if you are prepared to wait. Perhaps instead of not caring, they are trying to help as many patients as they can, with their most urgent needs for the day.

If this doesn't suit, perhaps a private surgery, where you can pay for the consultation. There is still no guarantee that you will not wait, but you will get your 15 minutes???

I agree rudeness and understanding should be exercised on both sides. Intrusion is not a reception choses, but what is expected. Perhaps tak to your doctor?

Our family doctor Bill Moss has always been good and thorough.
If I had to do life again, Dr Willam Moss would be here as always.

Had a 10/10 migraine today, came in last minute and seen the first available dr, she was kind and caring and addressed my needs, will be transferring to this medical centre for my medical care. Best medical centre I’ve ever been to!

I’m normally pretty hard on this doctors surgery. We have been going here for 7 years & have seen the tolls COVID has placed on overworked doctors & medical staff alike. But this week I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience. After putting off going to the doctor with what I was sure was influenza (after testing covid negative at home) I was seen by Dr Gupta within 20 minutes, who took her time to examine both myself & my son, equipping us with the medications required to start getting us healthy again & a quick PCR swab to confirm if it was influenza or RSV. I got my swab results overnight via text & have now just had a follow up call from practice owner Dr Moss. Thank you High St Family Doctors, for making sure we’re on our way to be healthy again soon.

I’ve been a patient of these guys for over 20 years now. The service provided by their expert staff is always exemplary.
Recently I had my first Covid 19 infection. From the reception staff, nurses, pharmacy and Bill Moss I received nothing but Gold Standard medical support.
Thankyou guys for the support when I needed it most.

I have been going there for 30 years or more since I can remember. The receptionist's of this workplace have the hardest job of all, they have to deal with people! especially people that don't have patience and want to Dr the see them straight away, people that have no regard for the hard-working doctors and staff that work at this place! sometimes they can't give you an accurate answer on how long is going to be for the next doctor it can be 30 minutes it can be 10 minutes a patient could take 25 minutes with the doctor they can't be sure. And remember these guys are a bulk billing doctors no one's paying for anything when going to these guys! so quit your whining and complaining sit down and wait your turn, if you have an emergency call an ambulance and go to hospital!

The doctor I see here is great and most of the receptionists I have spoken to have been friendly and kind.
Today I waited for 5 hours to see a doctor and I left annoyed, but the kind doctor rang me when I got home to apologise and explained that he was the only doctor on today and usually there are many more doctors.
He offered to email me the medical certificate that I needed.

Felt I had to leave this after reading the other reviews. For the most part these doctors are fabulous, espcially Barez and Gupta!
Take into account that those who like this clinic are willing to line up and wait when necessary for their favourite doctors.
There will be a wait period so if you are not willing to wait for a good and popular doctor call first to find out how long the line is.
Due to the long lines and workload between patients and doctors, the receptionist can sometimes come off a little distant. They work hard, please be patient with them.
They are a lovely bunch of ladies!
The people at this clinic have seen me through everything from flu to major surgery, to life threatening illness.
It is well worth waiting for a quality service!

writing my review based on the last visit i had there. The nurse was extremely professional and lovely and helped me with my problematic ear. Had me fixed up within 10mins of consult. Relief is an understatement

Great practice - yes there was a long wait but it is Sunday. Great to be able to get doctors local on the weekend. Booked in and able to leave. Called back and checked out position. By the time we got back had a 5 minute wait. Dr Rachel Jack was fantastic and reception friendly.

Have been a patient of Dr Moss for over 30 years, have also seen Dr Widmer and a few others when Dr moss unavailable. The female drs are great for women’s health.

Very thorough, highly recommend, receptionist are very friendly and not at all rude ever.

Handy pharmacy in the medical centre and also pathology and xrays too. I always get sent reminders for follow up health care plans as well.
Highly recommend this practice.

always great. fantastic with my little one. sad when the trainees go. Rarely wait. but even when do as it is a medical center its never too long staff always advise if its a long wait All staff are friendly and informative. the chemists are wonderful and nothing is ever a hassle

Have always attended here they are all fantastic doctors who are run off there feet and do there best

Glad to say that one of the doctors there is our family doctor. Takes the time to explain things and does so in a way that is easy for us to understand. Waiting times are indeed long but I guess that shows how many people come to the medical center.

Amazing group of Doctors.. really thorough and friendly. I mostly see Dr. Moss and Dr. Sharon Gupta who have always been great with me and my toddler.

Doctor Ian Moss and Kim Taylor are the best doctors I’ve seen so far.Very helpful and professional.Make me feel comfortable.Keep up the good work.
