Terrible customer service

On two occasions Ben stood me up on booked and confirmed appointments. The last one I called the reception 10mins past the booking time and she said he was finishing up on a call and would be calling me for our meeting shortly …. no call back

It would appear that my time isn’t important at all. No courtesy call to see if we could reschedule even after I’d called the reception.

Very disappointing and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
