Baby Bunting Midland

We have had good customer service at Baby bunting and today we met Di who was really kind and very helpful. We both found her really nice and very helpful, she was very willing to take the time to explain different products and giving us tips etc. She treated us how we would have liked to be treated. My hubby and I liked her personality and everything she did for us. I told my hubby while walking out of the store that people like her make the world a better place.

Wonderful helpful staff. Georgia and Charlie were both so helpful and knowledgeable. Were able to tell us pros and cons of prams and car seats as well as providing feedback they had heard from parents who had previously bought the items. Also gave options for every budget.

My husband and I visited Baby Bunting Midland yesterday to buy a stroller. As we walked straight to the strollers, a loveley staff member ( I believe her name is Cathy, I hope its the right name), greeted us warmly. She served us very well and provided information about the right stroller for us. She took time for us and answered all of our questions. She explained everything to us in detail and you could tell she had a lot of experience in this area. Because it made us feel like we were in good hands, we spontaneously decided to buy a car seat. Cathy did a wonderful job and we would love to come back to Baby Bunting Midland

Excellent service from Erika. Very friendly and knowledgeable - not pushy and respectful. She made the while experience less stressful for my Husband and I.
Two additional staff where also checking on us to see if needed help which was very attentive too!
We'll be back to purchase more from Erika :)

Last week I've been lucky enough to be served by Kata from Maxi Cosi in this Baby Bunting store. I had lots of questions in regard to choosing the best child seat for my baby girl. She has been extremely professional, kind, patient and also very knowledgeable. She could explain the differences between the models and helped me to pick the right one what best suits our needs. She wasn't pushy at all and I felt that she really listened and understood what I needed. My little one loves her new seat and I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service! Thank you! If only all sales person would be like her 🙏

I had a great experience in Midland store, receiving service from Erika. She was very helpful and sharing products features with smile on her face even the store was busy. I went there for browsing but ended up with shopping, just because of her excellent customer care.

Great experiences at this store, staff are always helpful and if an item isn't in stock ordering it in is never an issue and arrives pretty quickly. Special mention to Erica who was very patient and enthused about helping us with car seats and prams.

Had a great experience at the midland store. Erica was very helpful with helping me and my mum with purchasing a pram! Her customer service was fantastic! 10/10 will definitely shop here again.

We visited the Midland store knowing exactly what we wanted. After speaking with Leah, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. She gave us alot of information and saved us a heap of money. I will go back specifically to see Leah with any future purchases.

The team at Baby Bunting Midland are seriously impressive customer service reps. The knowledge and interest they have in the expanse of products and manufacturers is second to none. Extra props to Leah for helping us with baby seats.

Staff are very helpful here - they ask if you need assistance and if you don’t, they won’t bother/annoy you by asking 5 more times, but if you do need help they are very accommodating to find what you need. Definitely our preferred way of shopping!
