Excellent customer service from Ryan and Aaron and Nathan. I saved a lot of money, getting new casing for my car key. By asking a few questions, I saved money thank you Ryan and thanks again to Aaron and Nathan. I've also had a battery put into my security gate remote. Brilliant service, can't thank Mr Minit, Westfield, North Lakes; enough.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came in today to get my bracelet engraved a little thicker. The original price was $20 and they told us it would be done in 15 minutes (this is already excellent pricing and service).

Whilst we were in line, the staff member was panicking because there was an issue with the payment to the man served before us. I chased the man down and informed him. The staff were extremely thankful, and they engraved our bracelet for free.

The engraving is excellent and we couldn't have asked for better service. I can't recommend these guys more!

This is the 2nd time I've used MM for adjustment for a medical id bracelet (15 years apart) and the great staff have solved my problem. It was fiddly and they were busy but happy to help. All sorted with about 3 minutes. Highly recommend.

Customer service was exceptional. Jay went above and beyond to help us with our garage door remote controls, even paying a visit to our home to help us program the new controls. We were so thankful to him for helping us like he did and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank-you Jay!

Shaun went above and beyond to assist me getting a key sorted for my sons car.Exceptional service at a very ,very reasonable price .On top of everything he even helped us jump start the car with his own leads on his way home from work and in the dark ! I had to get an unusual shaped key cut for my newly purchased e-bike. The team did their best to match the shape and let me take it saying if it fit, to then go back and pay for it (which it did) and I then got an extra key cut. Dale at the store up the big w end was super helpful. Thanks for the great customer service ☺

I went there fix my car keys and they did a brilliant job in the promised time! It's all done. My major reason to give them a five star is because they fixed my sun glasses as well which was foreign local glasses with the same dedication. Cheers guys! Keep up the good work! Needed an urgent replacement key for my car. They fully explained the process. Full process over and done in 20 mins. Even will come out to your car and program the remote for you.

My wife went to see about my watch getting seen to after a jeweller tried to take a link off my wrist band, and the guy that was there this morning on Sunday the 16/8/2020, said the jeweller had damaged the pin inside the band. He was able to adjust the band (that now fits perfectly), and diagnosed the issue. he also gave us some very helpful advice and was very good to my wife in a very professional manner.
So thank you mate for helping my wife this morning and giving us that handy advice, and getting my watch to fit perfectly!!

but acknowledged me straight away and said they won't be long.
Left key fob, returned in 30 minutes as agreed ALL DONE.

Good experience. We just bought a house and the garage remote didn't work, so we bought a replacement at MM. Later that day we found a package from the Agent with 2 more working remotes. MM gave us a full refund, good service we will definitely use them again.

I had a really good experience with Aaron today. He was noticeably busy, but maintained great customer service the entire time. He provided me with a bit of information that I didn’t know about my keys and had some new keys cut for me in an instant.

Took my watch here to get a pin replacement for the strap. Darcy was able to do it right there as I was standing at the counter in a matter of minutes!
Great service - will be returning for other items that need their attention in the future!

Aaron is worth his weight in gold! From keys to batteries in remotes to re-soling my favourite shoes he is always happy, friendly and efficient. He is also willing to tell you when something isn't possible which is a rare commodity I appreciate as he won't let you waste money if you are not going to get value from repairs. Too many other places would just take your money but Aaron always takes the time to explain every step and outcome. I would not trust anyone else. Worth every dollar.
