From the moment I went in for the initial assessment I was blown away by how efficient Smash Repair Solutions in Richmond is! They immediately texted confirmation of the date for repair, and were friendly and professional. I also loved the fact that the office is all glassed in, separate to workshop, but you are right next to the workshop and can see how they function ... love the 'transparency' in all senses of the word! The workshop and EVERYTHING at SRS Richmond is SPOTLESS and efficient ... and to top it off they have a great little communication tool that texts you updates regarding the progress of the repair as it progresses through all processes (so you are not left wondering what is happening). The estimated completion date was kept and when I went to pick the car up everything went like clockwork. UNBELIEVABLY impressive! In summary, this is why I thought they were 10 out of 10 (or 5 STARS!!)
