Running Warehouse

The guys here at Running Warehouse are friendly and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to running apparel and footwear. I visited today to buy a new pair of running shoes, and a lovely gentleman was very patient with me as I tried and tested a whole bunch of shoes. I ended up choosing the ASICS Novablast 4, and I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks again to the wonderful staff at Running Warehouse Richmond!

Had a great experience buying a new set of trail runners from this store.

I had done a bit of research and had a couple of shoes I wanted to try on. Josie was very knowledgeable and more than happy to recommend some other shoes that might also work for me.

I tried on the shoes, ran laps up and down the store to narrow down the options and wore my last two options for 10min each as I browsed the rest of the store.

Josie checked in often and answered all my questions.

I bought a pair of Speed Goats. I also bought a shirt that was off the sale rack. I will likely return to Running Warehouse whenever I need to make a running-related purchase as the range was incredible and Josie was so great. Thanks mate!

Purchased a pair of Saucony Boston 2 months ago. Ran in them about a dozen times before part of the rubber tread on the left shoe came off. Took them back to RW and exchanged them for a brand new pair. Great service.

Best place for gear. Online shop is fantastic, best prices and best service, postage super quick. Store is new with a fresh layout, but I probably prefer to shop online with them so convenient now…

Poor customer service and lengthy process to get faulty shoes reviewed - very unhelpful. Running Warehouse would not replace the brooked I purchased based off their discretion however, I was sent a brand new pair from Brooks direct via another avenue from Sports Conscious who that went above and beyond to help. Would suggest shopping elsewhere as customer satisfaction/fit for purpose after purchase is not a high concern here.

Wouldn’t be bothered using their online service again. I’d prefer to try the shoes on in-store. I requested a simple swap of shoe sizes via post and email but they did not carry this through. Paid an extra $13 to buy their postage label and return the shoes.

Tried on a pair of shoes and was told I can order them in with a different colour, paid for the shoes during black friday sales and after waiting a week I contacted them to be told the colour was no longer available. Now do not have any shoes and black friday sales are over.

This store has poor return requirements, if you are a runner please be aware, go to ASICS as they do not second question any returns even rebel sport, maybe running warehouse should look into customer satisfaction return policy on shoes, and if a product states 30 days return guarantee like hokas, the drop shipper is also entitled to this. The vic staff are excellent!
