David at the Richmond store has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to get our preferred appliances. David is very knowlegable and professional. The level of service he provided is worthy of 5 stars. I cannot thank him enough!

Came in to to see the Samsung fridge options and came out 15 minutes later with the exact fridge we wanted but for $1,100 cheaper, a great deal on a matching Smeg toaster and kettle and a beautiful Stanley rogers cutlery set. Patrick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made our experience easy and quick!

Just had the best shopping experience with David who works here. We bought a front loader and dryer. He was extremely helpful and friendly, could answer all our technical questions, wasn’t pushy at all and made the experience stress free (as I normally hate shopping). We will definitely be coming back here because of David’s service. Thanks heaps Dave.

Just bought a washer dryer combo although the reviews were not very good the machine is quieter than my old LG it washs and drys the clothing and they come out smelling fresh glad I bought it rather than spending extra money I don't have I'm glad I didn't go with the reviews and took the advice from the outlet thanks guys I'm very happy 😁

Staff are friendly, helpful, informative. Prices are very very good for usual appliances with scratch and minor dents. Compare prices to full retail store next door, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. We have bought many items here.

Bought all our appliances to start up an apartment here. Great price and even better service. Nestor took care of us, recommending suitable products for our needs. Purchased a scratch and dent washing machine that looks basically flawless. Everything was delivered without a hitch, very happy

I have purchased a couple of appliances from this store and always found the staff inside to be very helpful. They came into their own, however, when my washing machine developed a fault and I was trying to find a receipt. Expecting it to be a long shot, within 2 minutes of calling the store, a copy of the invoice for the purchase made over a year ago was in my email inbox. Thank you for the very fast and helpful service. Sheryl was the staff member who helped me on this occasion.

Contacted “George” in Sales and organised the purchase of a Bosch washing machine over the phone! He gave me an excellent price and made the transaction super easy. He then said I could have it the next day and could pay the delivery drivers when they dropped it off. As promised, “Josh” rang the next morning to confirm delivery time and gave us a 2 hour window. He arrived punctually! Josh and his co-worker then carefully carried the machine into the house and helped my husband with specific issues pertaining to its final position. From start to finish, Harvey Norman performed brilliantly.

I haven’t tried the machine yet, but the sales & delivery team deserve commendation!

I went in today to buy a mini fridge and was greeted by Steve, an incredible sales man who was passionate about his job and products. I have to say, I've never had so much fun buying appliances before. A great guy to chat to, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and his customer service was A+
I'll definitely be coming back to Steve for all my future appliance needs!

This is my go to Harvey Norman! I am always on the hunt for a bargain and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know I’m going to get the best price when I come here. I highly recommend Nestor. I’ve always been served by him and received exceptional customer service. I don’t live near Richmond but it’s worth the drive for great service!!!

Excellent prices and after purchase care. We came back a few months after initial purchase for some help and the floor staff were both friendly and helpful and handled most of the communication swiftly in lieu of the manager. Our issues were all solved to our satisfaction and they even mailed out a copy of our receipt to us. Very happy with our experience

So its safe to say i wont be shopping anywhere else from now on!
We visited the Harvey Norman next door first, only to walk into this place to find very similar products at the fraction of the price, so much so that we could afford to completely decked out the house with premium products. The service we received from Nestor and James was exceptional and the complete sales experience from purchase through to after sales care has been seamless.
I can not recommend this place enough if your looking for great value for money products and a wonderful purchasing experience.

Great service as always.. really good how they've changed the layout and put signs up as to which store to visit there as there's the retail, factory seconds, warehouse and other bits and bobs all next to each other (or around the corner to pick up from the warehouse hehe). Its like your usual Harvey but just sprawled out in the inner cbd as best as they could:)

It's a big store! You'll find some great options for TVs! The staff is super helpful and friendly :)

Always lot of different products to see, can be hard to get some assistance though but generally a good place to have a gander !

I have been to Harvey Norman Richmond many times over the past few years and deal exclusively with George and Chris in appliances. I have had the pleasure of introducing many friends to this business. The service, pricing and effort is 100% faultless and I wouldn't go anywhere else and would happily spend money here. Don't look past this team.
