Great service at the print and copy. Second time in a row for me asking for specific works done and they always give their best. Shu working there is an absolute legend, keep it up guys !

My printing was done efficiently and thoroughly. Hamish double checked everything with me and it came out great! Was very happy with the service and product!

Great service, went in for a printer and was planning to spend about 600 and they had one for 140 that was a run out model which was perfect and saved me a lot of money.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I attended OFFICE WORKS today with the intention of buying office related items and to print off a 40 page document which is now executed via a customer DIY system. An employee named Callum recognised that I’m technically challenged and consequently & very politely took the time to assist me loading credit onto the printing card & taught me how print the lengthy document which will be very handy to know ongoing.
The staff at the front exit register we’re also helpful, competent and polite.

Went in recently to look for a new laptop and to back up/ print off some old photos, had assistance through the whole process and sold me exactly the computer I needed! Best customer service in the tech section here!

Went to Officeworks Richmond today searching for an Apple Magic Keyboard. They did not have the model I needed but a young Chinese staff member (Kevin? Kenyi?) went out of his way to help me. Carefully explained my options, helped me to connect the old wireless keyboard to my iPhone to test it (yes, it was indeed faulty) and recommended places I could find the model I needed. Also advised I could ask suppliers to price match Amazon price. Went to Chadstone, bought my new keyboard and saved myself $30 by acting on his advice. My problem is solved thanks to this young man's patience and kind assistance. Very impressive service!

Ruby was fantastic helping me with photo printing. Nothing was a trouble as she guided me through while printer was having glitches.Called me when the photos were ready. Ruby is a star in your business.

I recently came in to this shop to print something from a USB stick, I was having some trouble when Natasha came and helped me. She was so nice and understanding. And helped me find a few other items. I’ve since been to a few other office works, but have not received the same service I received at the Richmond store.

Convenient place to buy all your school, uni, work & hobbies products. I always go there to do my Color printing or black n white printing with a cheap price per price. Customer service is great too

I always come to the Bridge road officeworks for my big computer/phone purchases because they are so attentive and patient with me. Even more so when I lost my receipt for a large transaction, Andrew was able to help me get a hold of it months later. Cheers

Had some office chairs delivered (Around 10) recently ordered from the Richmond store. Found that the product was great, but the service in getting the chairs delivered was first rate.

Several phone calls were made to ensure I had got them delivered and I was happy with the process.

Today I visited the Richmond Officeworks store and had a wonderful experience. I had previously been to 2 different JBHI-FI stores today to purchase a MacBook Pro 13" who wern't very helpful at all. When I visited the Officeworks Richmond store this afternoon I had AMAZING customer service from KEVIN who was engaging, matter of fact and friendly. The store had no stock but he called another store for me (which annoyingly had no stock) then suggested to put through a click and collect order which would be ready in 4 days. Fantastic customer service, would definetly come back. Thankyou!!

The staff on Sunday night were so helpful and patient even though I came in at 10 minutes to close wanting to print a bunch of stuff. Everything was printed correct and trimmed perfectly. They basically saved my assignment.
