I had an excellent experience at Richmond Store thanks to the wonderful assistance of Henry. My husband and I were in search of a stacker to keep our dryer on top of the washing machine, and Henry went above and beyond to help us out.

He took the time to explain the differences between the various stackers available, asked us about the models of our washing machine and dryer to ensure he suggested the most suitable stacker for our specific needs.

Henry also gave us some handy tips on how to return a stacker we had previously bought, which turned out to be unsuitable.
I highly recommend seeking out Henry's expertise when visiting the store.

This is a great Harvey Norman store and the staff here are very respectful. Mango, a staff member assisted me with getting a soda stream art (which has been amazing) and Mango was incredibly helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. Mango's customer service was impeccable and he was incredibly respected and genuine in his approach. If you get served by Mango, you'll get the best deals on everything and you'll get the best of the best customer service. Awesome work Mango, thanks heaps! You're a legend!

Bought a tumble dryer from Harvey Norman. Very good service by sales staff (Jon) and good advice on measurements because I wasn’t sure if it’ll fit (it did fit yay). The delivery team who installed it was good too they installed it, checked leveling and tested it. Happy with the service

Nalin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting a washer/dryer combo unit that fit our limited space. We had to make a few trips between the store and our apartment due to our own disorganization, but he was patient with us and helped us to make an informed decision, including an appropriate warranty plan.

The washer/dryer was delivered and installed the next day, not even 24 hours later. Installation was quick and painless... we spent more time trying to put the doors back up than anything else 😅

As newcomers to Australia, we really appreciate his understanding. A big thanks as well to Cassie, the manager on duty (and apologies if I got your name wrong). We will definitely be coming back here for any future appliances we may need!

At Harvey Norman 479 Bridge Rd Richmond, I was fortunate to be assisted by Ruzvan, a member of the store’s sales team. Initially my inquiry was not going to generate a sale, but from his end there was no loss of enthusiasm or professionalism.
However it did develop into me purchasing, and exiting as a very Satisfied customer Thank you Ritzy.

This is purely about the staff and the manager. Nice staff and proper explanation for the products.
We actually had a very different experience here. You need to remember to not to park your car after 4:30 in front. You get towed. We had our dog inside of the car towed !!!!!
We paid lots of money to release the car and our dog in it ! As well as a penalty from police.
Otherwise everything else about the shop and specially the manager was perfect. She is very NICE. She actually took us to get our car/dog back.
Highly recommended but don’t forget to not to leave your car after 4:29. Because they can tow your car and your dog inside of it from 4:29:59.

We live and work in Richmond and have always been looked after by a variety of people when we come in to buy everything from coffee machines to work computer’s and more recently toothbrushes and massage guns... We work in hospitality and believe in good old fashioned customer service; Anna G you are a breath of fresh air, amazing service, product knowledge and just an all-round nice person. I had a frightful experience with Harvey Norman's online shopping..no product delivered, no explanation given and poor communication mechanisms. After several emails and chat sessions initiated by me, Harvey Norman's Richmond store reached out to me to explain why the product had not been delivered and saying they had no other stock available. They then offered me a full refund, which I accepted. The next day, Kingston, at the Richmond store, rang me back to say they had just received more stock and he offered to send it to me via courier the next day, free of delivery charge. I accepted his offer, though after the previous incident I remained a bit nervous about whether it would arrive. The day it was due to arrive, I had another call with Danny at the store, who told me they had given me an extra year's warranty on the product to try to make up for the inconvenience caused with the failure of the previous online order. In summary, the online order experience was a nightmare of non delivery and lack of effective communication processes. But the follow up by the Richmond Harvey Norman store was customer service gold standard. Kingston and Danny were fabulously helpful and courteous. I can't thank them enough. They acknowledged the failings of the previous order and gave me free delivery and an extended warranty by way of apology. Well done and thank you to you both. The dehumidifier arrived at midday, as promised. I have always bought my white goods at Harvey Norman stores because they offer good value and best price. But I'll never buy from them online again. If I need something, I'll go to their Richmond store.

I was standing out the back and had just spilled two coffees I had just bought from down the road,. One of the employees came out and noticed me standing there surrounded by coffee and quickly asked if I was ok and offered to make me two fresh coffees to replace the two I had dropped, Amazing.. moments later she returned and handed me two very decent looking coffees with two sugar in each, what a kind and outright sweet thing to do, a very decent human to thank you, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name..

Incredible Service. Stayed open late. When Credit Card not working bent over backwards to still facilitate the sale and then when item was out of stock in the showroom, the gentleman at the warehouse around the corner in Murphy St stayed well beyond his shift to enable me to pick up my item. Great Christmas spirit and all done with a smile on everyone's face. Well done. Best customer service I have received in a long time!
