Richmond Mitre 10 Trade Centre

Went in the other day! And had one of the best customer experiences! All the staff were super lovely and sooo helpful. They really went out of their way for me. Especially in the morning wen everyone is still got the morning grumps. I wish you guys sold groceries so I could just come in and hang out.

I live locally and this store is very conveniently nearby. My requirements are never large or difficult but the staff are always courteous and helpful. Update June 2022. Suggest you check the current offer as Just Tools have replaced the general hardware.

Ordered an online product and everytime I spoke to staff over the phone their service was excellent and super friendly. Easy to talk to.
