Excellent service. I have been a customer of the shop for many years, and always loved the cake from there. Recently bought a cake for my son's 8th birthday- Sunny designed the cake beautifully according to the theme. My son and the whole family enjoyed the cake... beautiful and delicious !!.

I’m always been a happy customer of this shop. Last week they made this 3 cakes for my kid’s birthday. Taste was really delicious!! For the cake decoration they have done tremendously good job. Their customer service is always great and super helpful. My rating would be for them 5 out of 5. The best cake shop in the town 😊☺

I requested a custom cake for my father’s 90th Birthday. I told them what Dad liked and Sunny made some suggestions. The result was a beautiful cake and my Dad said it the best cake he had ever tasted.

I love the service . The cake 🎂 was super yummy . These people exceed my expectations on making my daughter’s dream Frozen themed 🎂 cake ! The staffs are very friendly! They even gave my toddler a free piece of cake 🍰!! Highly recommend this Penrith Cheesecake Shop !! ♥

THIS IS THE BESTCAKE SHOP EVERR! It has the most amazing cakes styles.deco and the taste is amazing.I would recomend trying the Chocolate mudcake. It was amazing. Also the drinks were very cold and so refreshing.The parking was really easy and overall i wish i could give more than 5! The service,cakes,parking,drinks,candles and everthing was amazing! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEN TO COME HERE! :)

Excellent customer service, always polite. On many occasions, staff have given me free birthday candles or written my cake message for free. They're very generous, and know how to form good rapport with their customers. Also, it's much cheaper than most places in Penrith!

Always happy to come here and buy our cakes. Great customer service, clean shop, friendly staff and great selection of yummy cakes!! Sunny always goes above and beyond for anything we need. Even so far as opening the store again after he had just closed the door for the night because we were running late. Great service!!
