I had a brand new $700 dress that was never worn. Being brought through Covid hadn’t had an occasion to wear the black and white dress so during that time the white had discoloured. Took it to a dry cleaner in Baulkham Hills got it back and made no improvement on the discolouration. My mum said she will take it and Turbo Turtle did a fabulous job in making it look brand new!! I couldn’t be more happier with the effort it took to make the dress look new again. Thank you again!

Took my dirty shoes in for a clean and the owner wasn't happy with the condition they had come out so he went above and beyond and replaced my shoes. I was honestly shocked and amazed with the service

That's it, I'm out. Can't do it anymore... too many items ruined and it's just too hard. Over the past 18 months I've lost three shirts and one pants due to holes and stains. Have been using this dry cleaner for over 10 years. They've lost my 'discount' bag and made me purchase a new one. More and more frequently I have items come back with stains that weren't there when I dropped them in. I pick up the new load and same thing happens. Shirts come back with creases across the chest that my iron won't remove and in general, all shirts need to be ironed by me anyway... the pressing is terrible. I persevered all these years for lack of a more convenient option, even though they're quite expensive. I'm moving on and won't be back. See attached photos for their latest effort.

Was using this business for years but never really happy with his service til the last time when I put in a beautiful bone coloured blazer (my favourite)to pick it up and it be turned yellow.. Not only did the owner not want refund my money for the dry cleaning nor did he refund my money for the blazer that he ruined only to blame the business that I bought it from.
I would not recommend this buisness for any dry cleaning especially if it’s something special to you like a wedding dress .. You will only be disappointed and upset when your beautiful clothes that you spent a fortune on to be returned with no consideration as to how you expected it ..
I definitely recommend go anywhere but here .. !!

Beware Beware Beware
Turbo Turtle Penrith demanded payment upfront in early July for cleaning a high percentage goose down doona. After two weeks with no contact from them we called and was told it’s in the factory, a week later after calling again we were told the man who does the cleaning is in hospital. Fast forward another two weeks and after going to the premises with the expectation to collect it as it was now well over a month since being lodged, we were informed that they can’t find it but were looking. Another two weeks with still no contact forthcoming from the shop, I delivered a quotation for a replacement doona. The response was that unless a purchase receipt was provided to them they would not be reimbursing or replacing the doona and additionally there was no offer of refunding the prepaid cleaning fee which should’ve been the absolute first thing a ethical business would offer! Enter Dept of Fair Trading who contacted Turbo Turtle on our behalf. TT was only prepared to offer 50% of the value of a replacement doona and flatly and rudely refused to refund the $69 cleaning fee.
If they damage, destroy or lose your possession, expect zero concern or responsibility to be forthcoming and be prepared to have to fight for your monies paid to be refunded. DFT can’t legally compel this company to refund your money either. They win by attrition.

Biggest rip off. I was quoted $450 to get my wedding dress dry cleaned from these Muppets. I paid less for the actual dress.

I would avoid at all costs. Got a Doona dry cleaned opened the bag and it stinks! They clearly didn’t air it out well. Haven’t bothered to seek a refund as I honestly would rather take it to a laundromat and do it myself for a third of the cost. So paid $60 for it to smell worse. I read the reviews thinking I would give them the benefit of a doubt and it’s unlikely to happen to me. I note other customers have commented the same.

Some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Dropped off my grandmothers wedding dress and was told 3-4 weeks. Have been in to pick it up 3 times and each time it's "please give us a few more days" It has been there almost 10 weeks and still they have not completed the job. Never will I go there again. If you say you are going to finish something by a certain date, THEN FOLLOW THROUGH!
