Pullman Brisbane Airport

Great nights sleep with a beautiful meal. However it was not a great walk at night as a female on my own. Would be great to have a shuttle for times like this. Although the hotel is not far it isn't what I would call a confident walk feeling safe. Other than that my stay was exceptional.

We had such exceptional service here and really enjoyed the room upgrade. The welcome gift was Lindor balls (I love Lindt, so this was excellent). The welcome drinks are downstairs and we're pretty generous with the serves.

The hotel is surprisingly quiet and very clean. I like separate toilet and shower and liked the uncommon layout quite a lot. I couldn't believe how sound proof this place was.

A lovely fresh and new hotel close to the Brisbane domestic airport terminal. Good sizes rooms and suites, very pleasantly decorated in neutral tones. There is an outdoor pool, bar, and restaurant. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated and has a good menu. On our stay, we enjoyed the share platter of prawns and scallops. There is also a Club/Executive lounge if you have a room or status that includes it. Unfortunately, it was closed during our stay, with the benefits being provided in the public bar instead. This is certainly a hotel that we would look forward to staying in again. Please be aware that the hotel is a convoluted 10 minute walk from the domestic terminal and requires a bus/shuttle connection to or from the International Terminal.

I recently stayed here for one night ahead of a flight. I loved it so much that next time I'm arranging my itinerary so I can stay longer. I enjoyed an incredibly good meal from restaurant. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable.

Stayed at the Pullman for one night as part a business trip. Really wonderful rooms and handy location right next to the airport!

Rooms themselves were really comfy and spacious. There was amply sheets, towels and amenities. Rooms were modern, and super clean and tidy.

Staff on arrival were friendly, professional and helpful. Was checked in in no time at all! Staff at the bar was even helpful enough to let me try the Prosecco before ordering a glass for my room.

One of the best features of the Pullman is its location to the airport. I had a business dinner the night of my stay. I simply drove my hire car back in the evening for return and walked over to the Pullman.

Would happily stay here again.

We spent the night before an early flight and the hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the Domestic Terminal. The room is a standard Pullman room with a good supply of outlets, OK (not great) shoer pressure, and A/C that works well.
The only place to eat is either in the hotel or next door at the IBIS. The IBIS is casual but serves the purpose. Breakfast at the Pullman was average at best. Not a huge selection but at 6 AM, who cares??
Interesting item ... the only key card that seemed to work for electrcity was the Pullman card, not some other random card.

Our stay at The Pullman, Brisbane Airport, was amazing. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt very welcome. Holly at reception was friendly and helpful when we checked in. We had dinner at Aprons restaurant. What a delectable experience it was. A new menu started, only today, and it was an incredible journey of the taste buds. The wait staff, Marcus, Quincey and, Sudan were very attentive and friendly.
Our sincerest complements to the chef and kitchen staff.
We had a wonderful night and very much look forward to coming to stay again.

Really great large room. Comfortable bed with soft pillows. Amazing staff from checkin, restaurant, housekeeping and porter. Pool area is wonderful.
Just a pleasure to stay there.
Food and coffee were great. So glad we stayed while waiting for our flight. Will be back.

Brilliant hotel it there attendant Maxine was fantastic attentive and helpful. She has set a high president for any other hotels I go to now. Very clean and great rooms great pool which the kids loved and good food. All around awesome time thank you.

Super close to the airport - you take a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the domestic. The service was great, and the room was very comfy. Great for an early flight.

Excellent service, staff were very welcomoning. Check in was quick and room was clean and very well presented. It's an excellent location being walking distance from the airport. The restaurant has a good reange of dishes to selcet from and well set out with a bar area to have pre dinning drinks or a lighter meal. Good service and accommodative of requests.

We only stayed the one night but had a good stay. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms with decent showers is exactly what you need for an airport hotel.
Staff were friendly on check in and check out.
The hotel seemed quite lively and the restaurant and bar quite busy. We didn’t try them out as we had reservations in the city.
Easy walking distance to the domestic terminal. This is a very good place to stay.

Pullman is always a great experience. No one likes long flights, but the staff are patient, food is good, and the shuttle to the airport just makes things easier.

Great location , awesome for a night to wind down before flying out, room was very tidy and presentable, executive lounge is cool. We did notice that there restaurant is super expensive so we went down to the ibis hotel restaurant which was well priced and good food! I can see Pullman losing a lot of business for this reason. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic rooms. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The food is incredible, even at 3am in the morning. Excellent service and support when required.

It’s hard to find a hotel that is truly “Authentic” but the Pullman Brisbane Airport hits the mark. All the standard stuff, nice rooms, great facilities, good location, but the authenticity of the staff is the real diamond here. From the welcome by the concierge at the front doors, who then went down to the car park to make sure I was ok with finding a spot, to the genuine caring attitude of the reception team when checking in. Make sure you try the restaurant, again, wonderful, genuine staff and amazing food.

Stayed here before flying out to home. Convenient location with shuttle service to international terminal.
Our flight was then delayed by 24 hrs. Despite being "fully booked", they managed to find us a room. Very good service.

Faultless service as usual and on check in the lovely surprise of being upgraded to a suite. Check in and check out both efficient and with a smile.
The rooms are clean and spacious - if anything the suite could use more furniture near the entrance like storage for suitcases.
Breakfast included in the room rate hit the spot. It’s a small buffet but has all the usual hotel breakfast fair and you can ask to have dishes made for you.
Room service food is also great.

Love my stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and food is outstanding class. I really like high-class quality of food and live my stay.
