Such a great store just come in and browse they have so many interesting electronic components devices and accessories the staff are really friendly and helpful very knowledgeable. You can get Arduino and Raspberry Pie kits; all your audio sound and power items here in one spot.

I needed to repair a Foxtel coaxial cable and for a small price they provided the components to do the job along with good technical advice.

Absolute lifesaver! I came in today (Sat 17th Nov) not knowing what I needed, and one of the service staff, Rafi, helped me put together a battery operated LED system. He went above and beyond, and was extremely helpful and patient! The parts came at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you so much Rafi.

Had tricky 3-way switch problem (unsolved by several other shops & people) but went to Airport West branch and had amazing service. Not only was correct solution offered by Con Blougouras (Store Manager) after extensive research but he taught me tips and tricks, wired it up and made sure I had clear instructions what to do when I got home. Excellent service, friendly staff helping other customers and highly recommended if you want great customer service. I will never go anywhere else.

Had a positive experience here with a friendly staff member. Was able to get a hard to find item and was so great full that it enabled me to fix something quite cheaply as a result. Would recommend.

Very helpful and intelligent staff, they were able to diagnose what I needed very quickly. Other shops had suggested replacing my whole remote system for$100s. when all I needed was a $1 switch and some soldering.

I came into the store in need of of advice and electronic supplies and thanks to the excellent knowledge and customer service skills of Jessie and Rafi I was able to obtain the info and products necessary for me to complete my project. can not commend these guys enough!!! 10/10

AMAZING Customer Service over the phone from Hannah! My local Jaycar reseller wasn't able to answer my questions, so I decided to call Altronics. I needed to know the Kelvin temperature of their cool, natural, and warm LED strips - Hannah went the extra mile in finding out the comprohensive tech specs of each item! She also set me up with an account - I don't think I'll be back to my local electronics shop any time soon.

I Went there today, the guy (i think manager) was super friendly and very knowledgeable and provided a fantastic customer service. Altronics in Airport West is my new one stop shop no doubt.

if it wasn't for altronics, i would have had a machine down for 3 weeks and missed out on a fortune of work, support companies like these because if we don't, they won't be there when we need them. great service and great technical knowledge, they were also cheaper than any other supplier

One of the few places left with actual components -- be it a connector, or a whole premade cable, resistors, or copper circuit board, to soldering irons, or the solder, and power supplies, plus staff that actually know what they're doing.
