Visited in store and was assisted by a customer service representative by the name of Simon. I found Simon's customer service to be first class. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to satisfy my purchasing requirements. Keep up the fantastic work Simon. A++

I came in store last week to jb airportwest and I was so distraught as I had just lost all my photos in my phone gallery and a young man named Nathan V helped me to restore everything without any hesitation or complaint. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and thankfulnes for his help. I will be buying anything I need from this store from him because of his generousity. I wish he worked at every store I shopped in, make sure to keep him.

I was served by Patrick who was lovely and very accomodating. He took the time to explain the different laptop options available and which one would be best for me. Can’t recommend Patrick enough! I’ll be back for future purchases.

Went to the store but they didn't have what we needed. But CS dude Patrick G was amazing and went above and beyond to source what store had what we needed. He was delightful and super helpful. See Patrick G when you go to this store, he's smile will brighten your day!

I just purchased this Samsung curved 24 inch monitor from JB Hi-Fi. On sale for $200, a little negotiation and got it down to $149.
Very happy.

Today I went into JB Hi-Fi to buy a new phone and I was served by Dylan and Rhys. They were super lovely and walked me through my choices and gave me advice on what to look for. I ended up with a Pixel 6A. Funnily enough they made me question what colour to choose? We had a good laugh. They also helped me with all of the little bits and pieces to go with it and I was set. They made my experience super easy and enjoyable. Thank you Dylan, and thank you Rhys! Give them a raise xx
