Coles Airport West

Great store and is quite large. I have never not found what I need or am searching for. The staff are both helpful and polite too. Can't fault it.

Good fruit/veg layout & always well stocked. The new full size self service registers are great.

Love the renovations that Coles have done, it makes it a step up from other supermarkets like woolies, would like if they added a hot food to go section with chicken schnitzel and chips and others like Coles Monnee Ponds.

Came in today and was amazed by Mel, he had excellent customer service skills and you could tell he cares about providing great service.

Staff are very nice and friendly, unlike the Sunbury coles

I like this store plenty of parking and a good car wash near by. Which has been convenient. Lamana is near by but we only shop there for the fruit and veg. everything else we buy at Coles... its just more affordable.

I love shopping here, on my journey to buy some groceries I came across a young man with a mullet, I believe he is about 16 and is absolutely amazing. he told me his name is Cody and his customer service is just out of this world!

A medium sized Coles with a great variety of items. Easy to do a quick shop or a large one in here. I love that the aisles are also separated in the middle as it allows more ease of shopping.

Easy to get around and locate things. However, I'm not sure that moving aisles and shelving around during COVID is helping. This means more shoppers are in the store for longer than they need to be looking for groceries that have recently been relocated.

A store with "A" rating. Everything is immaculate and fresh.
And they always have 5-7 people manning the checkouts. Wait time is less than a 1 minute. Something that I prefer

Coles set out well so you find everything you need great service from a young girl for our check out machine played up she was ever so friendly and we'll mannered .

Plenty of staff on the floor, and most of them already know where everything is so couldn't be any better! Staff really nice.
Shelves organised and ailes free from packaging on the floor.

A good variety of goods and always a few reduced prices .I have found that the staff are very switched on and friendly.The place is always neat and clean.

Great quality products and everything you need. Young guy who works there was extremely helpful and quick, couldn't ask for better customer service!
