Kmart Airport West

Needed a Kmart in randomly came across this one. A bit later in the day so one of the entrances was closing. The store was quite neat and tidy, well-stocked and staff were around if needed. As usual, got a few random things and made our way to the checkout. The back checkouts are a little trickier to find but it didn’t take too long.

Such great customer service. I went to print photos and Vicki helped me out and didn't leave me till I was completely finished. She was not only helpful but extremely friendly. I shopped here three days in a row preparing for a party and all the staff were fantastic!! Now my go to Kmart!

What can I say, as a young girl by the name of Tessa was so helpful. As a Grandparent and not IT knowledgeable . Tessa helped with a beautiful print out on a mug. She was at that time very busy. But did it for me without hesitation .

Big THANK YOU to Lochy & Stav in the photo department at Airport West Kmart. They went above & beyond helping print some treasured family photos. You guys are an assett to the company.

Kmart has become a very well known brand in Australia. They stock everything you need and the best thing about it is that their price Reduction unbeatable.

Nice and tidy store with good stock levels. Friendly staff. No cash registers open so we had to serve ourselves which I don't particularly like as there is usually a problem with something that I've scanned. Always great items a fabulous prices.

Vicki in the photo service department at Airport West went way beyond her call of duty to help me with advice and assistance to achieve an excellent result. A very happy customer.

Can't remember why I came in here to be honest. I don't think I even bought anything. All I do remember is that it was as messy as every other Kmart going around. It's a shame what these stores have become, a dumpster fire for the locals. 5stars

Absolute professionals. It was a busy lunchtime and I witnessed a difficult customer having a go at a team member and their supervisor. They handled the customer professionally although she was giving them a hard time for not having a product she wanted.

A great place to get reasonably priced, pocket friendly, good quality clothing. Not only that, there is plenty of kitchenware items, crockery, bedding and many other items of good, inexpensive stuff! I love going there!

Today my husband and I went to Kmart to print photos. We were having trouble trying to print when I asked a lovely girl by the name of Adele who was serving customers at the register. I asked her if she could help us in printing the photos as we were having trouble. As she was finishing serving a customer at the register she came and gave us so much help and was very polite. I could see she was busy but she came over to us several times without hesitation and made sure we were printing them right. She was very helpful and we give her so much credit in serving customers at the register at the same time making sure we were doing ok in printing our photos. Thank you Adele for making it easy for us. Keep up the excellent work

Love Kmart! Always have new stock and great clearance prices on older stock.
You can pretty much redecorate every room in the house right here!
So many things to choose from so give yourself a bit of time to look around and see what’s there.
Good to see they have bought in some brand names like Everlast

Called them and told them i was running a little late and might be there just as they were about to close. They got the item I was after and was out of there within 20 seconds after they had locked the doors. Amazing Kmart, wish more stores would model their service on this store's!! Will be back for all my Kmart needs
