This little gem of a shop has the best customer service you could ask for - they were so good with suggestions and helped me work out what I wanted. The balloons were perfect and I am so happy to recommend It'z My Party for their range and prices and their service. Thank you so much ladies.

Really helpful staff, made it so easy to pick out what I needed and they have a huge range of party supplies. Only negative is the parking it is a bit of a nightmare when busy.

I actually found this shop by accident while visiting the petshop next door. I had searched google only a few days prior for cake decorating and party supplies and this didn't pop up??..

Thank you to the wonderful staff, they were so helpful and friendly. Due to Covid I could not use the balloon I had ordered. They did not hesitate to offer me a refund. I opted to pick it up when restrictions allowed me to.

Incredibly amazing service! Thanks for making my 21st extra special.

Service was fantastic, however 5 balloons popped as soon as we got them home. Staff were amazing to replace them straight away but then more balloons proceeded to pop throughout the party which unfortunately scared the little ones. Also, noticed that one of the foil balloons was not inflated all the way so was quite wrinkly. Wish I could give more stars as the staff were great but the product just didn’t meet our expectations.
