Best&Less Airport West

I’m not a regular customer in here, but I find they have amazing outfits for parties or festive season.

Can’t say much about the place, but few days ago I was amazed with the provided service while paying for my shopping.
Danielle was outstanding ! She honestly made my day with her smile and her positive energy. Was lovely to have a 2 minute chat with her!

This store is perfect for kids. Better quality then kmart or target. Reasonable prices

This is a huge store, and is always bursting with options! With kids wear, adult wear, and home wear, you're sure to find what you need. Highly recommended for school uniform pieces like shirts, socks and tights.

I never thought I'd find a reason to review a budget chain like Best&Less, but the staff at this store have really made an impression on me. One time I was looking for a plain belt for a child; Best&Less don't have them, but the guy on the floor knew what competitor did stock them - and told me! Another time I came back to the store a fortnight after a transaction, and the staff member that rung up my sale was at the checkout. She remembered me, and the transaction and was able to solve the problem - no defensiveness, no "I'm not authorised", no "I don't believe you", no "it's been so long" just fixed it and I was on my way. Management has empowered the staff, and it shows in their attitude and customer service. The return policy is comforting too - 100 days for a change of mind provided it's got its tags.

Great place to shop for kids clothes, good designs and affordable prices. At times you get real good bargains.

Check out clothes for your self too, sometimes you are pleasantly surprised. Their quality is definitely better than KMart.

Nice big store, well organised and some good specials the day I visited. Friendly staff talked with me as they put my purchase through and they quickly opened more registers as the line was growing behind me. I was impressed with the nice wide aisles and it was wasy to find what I was looking for.
