Really helpful as soon as I walked in , find what I needed which they had in stock .

Attended Uni Hill store on Saturday to return a pair of shoes my son had bought at the city store the week prior. He said they left him a bit sore. Renae was our sales assistant & I can not praise her more highly. Her product knowledge was fantastic & she got my son to walk barefoot to analyse his walk style! Bingo! He had been sold the wrong shoes. We then exchanged them for a suitable pair. Even my 14yo son was impressed.. & that’s saying something! Renae went above & beyond & was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It’s not often customer service is delivered so naturally & with confidence from knowing your job & products, well.
I will be returning to be fitted for a pair myself after this experience. 10/10 Renae! Very impressive!

The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. I had very specific questions and 3 separate staff members gave me detailed and consistent answers. They took the time to understand my requirements, even while the store was busy.

I came in looking for professional advice. I was served by Dan and he was attentive and was knowledgeable about the products. The staff serving me at the counter were also very friendly and gave great advice. Thanks!

Bought 2 pairs off sneakers. Huge discount. Staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired. One register only open. Huge line to purchase items. Staff couldn't care less or be bothered explaining situation.

ASIC in Bundoora is always nicely stocked with wonderful items as a massive discount off the retail price, great shoes picked up a few pairs from their they seem to have the larger sizes of clothes, XL/XXL more than some of the other ASIC Outletted stores around Melbourne.

The service is definitely way better than most of the other ASIC outlets, I think some of the other outlets adapt a do it yourself attiude where Bundoora seem to go the extra mile generally I am asked by two or three different team members if I need a hand in the store.

Liam is totally awesome and has me pegged as a shopping addict, he might not be far off that once but hey I bake dough for a living so I love spending dough, goes hand in hand doesn't it?

The team in here in general is a ALL STAR team to be honest Bronte is awesome as well so keep up the good work guys.

The service the cleanliness of the store is on point so all in all I can't fault the store here so head in the store of UniHill.

I bought a pair of my first ever ASICS because My doctor says I need to wear a comfortable shoes so I did. Unfortunately after 7months my one of shoe developed a rip. I contacted ASICS Australia and they told me to go back to the store. So I did and they explained that they were misfit. And a bloke served me told me it could be my fault but because it was misfit and agreed to give me a wider pair. I did not expect to receive new pair but I am very happy with their service and I recommend ASICS! Thank you team!
