BIRKENSTOCK at ROADHOUSE

I don't know what's up with the reviews but I had a great experience! Just wanted to get some new Crocs as my old ones were getting spoiled and I was glad there was a dealer super close to where I live, literally only 10 mins by walking! Me and my mom entered and we had a lovely girl come to us and assist us in finding the right size and shoe! She was so kind and helpful! Ended up buying 2 pairs and 2 custom pins as well! Will definitely visit again! 😊

My wife and I bought two pairs of Birkenstocks and I have to say the service was the best that I have experienced in a retail store in a long time. We were there with our young son and were served by Tina. In the 45 minutes that we were in the store, trying to decide between styles, colours etc Tina was nothing but patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our decision making. Given that Birkenstocks are quite an expense, never once did we feel pressured to buy then and there. If anything, we were encouraged to take our time with our decision. I would definitely recommend shopping with Tina and her co worker at time, we just did not catch her name. Thank you Tina, for a great shopping experience.

The customer service here was amazing the tall young gentleman helped me out finding the perfect pair of Boston’s that I didn’t end up buying. His service was immaculate. I think his name was Finn.

First day shopping after lockdown and I’m so glad I came here. Staff was incredibly helpful, the young woman who served me took the time to help me with my first pair of Birkenstocks. I had a really pleasant experience here, definitely will be back!

Bought a pair of Birkenstock’s, stored in my wardrobe in the box for 12 months. Took them out to wear and they were deformed. Obviously faulty. Never worn, took them back they offered to repair them at my cost 🥹 What a waste of money. The manager was rude. These guys are not at all helpful. I have been buying Birkenstock for years and never had a problem. Really would have cost them nothing to fix or replace for me!
I won’t be buying anything from these guys again. We both have professional careers in nursing and as a chef. We were wearing the work range. Time to look for another brand! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

We visited the store 16/12/2023. Worst customer service ever. Both of the women at the counter were very rude. The young woman was the rudest who made highly unprofessional commenting on customers choice. The pair we were given inside from the store had some slight pressure marks on the straps and we kindly asked the women that if another pair is available. I was even ready to buy the one with pressure marks if they don’t have any. They became very rude and started commenting “ what’s wrong with it”. I was ok when they said it is the last pair from that size even I wasn’t happy with the tone of voice and facial expressions they had. Then young lady commented while rolling her eyes “ It’s just 45 $. End up not buying 2 set of pairs we were about to purchase. Never going back to this store.

Terrible pricing. Overpaid; $260 for a pair that kogan and Amazon sell for $169. Good service, Not their fault I overpaid, that's on me, but as a direct factory outlet, you'll pay well over what you should at this place and I should have done more research before purchasing.
