Was looking for a collection centre suitable for children as my 5yo needed a blood test and was quite anxious about it. I called here and spoke with Karen who was absolutely lovely on the phone and said to bring him in whenever I liked as they are more than equipped for children. My partner took him in and said both Karen and her colleague (he couldn’t remember the name) were absolutely fantastic, making our soon feel as relaxed as possible. Bloods were collected with no fuss. Excellent customer service can be hard to come by these days, so well done to Karen and her team for making what could have been a difficult situation for our family, such a positive experience.

The best pathology in Geelong. Went twice and couldn’t be happier. Clean, meticulous process, kind and caring staff. I’m recommending this place to everyone.
