To put it simply, this was the single greatest retail service experience I have ever received. Manager Steph is as delicate as a dove when liaising with patrons of this store and made me feel as welcome as Harry Potter when he first entered the realm of Hogwarts.

I never quite fathomed a day where I would leave a retail store with such gratitude, thus providing me with more of a reason to write this review and express my immensely pleasurable experience.

I want to say that if all retail stores had the customer service such as Tarocash Uni Hill, many of the worlds problems would essentially come to an immediate halt.

Imaan is truly excellent; she helped me find the perfectly fitted blazer. The staff's multitasking abilities are truly impressive, making the whole experience even more remarkable.

I came in yesterday to buy a new shirt to wear on the weekend, and was served by Natasha. Natasha was very friendly and unlike when i walk into other stores, you could tell that Natasha actually picked something out that looked good on me. She did not just say anything looked good to try and get the sale as other stores do. I will defiantly shop here again.

We had a great experience here for our event - particularly thankful for “Imaan”. Grateful for her assistance and care in our requests.

Had a very positive experience here today. I came in not really knowing much about suit shopping and a lovely staff member guided me through the process. She wasn't trying to push sales or anything and I felt like she genuinely wanted to help. Better service than you would get at most other places.

Very tidy store and friendly staff. I was assisted by Rachel who was lovely to deal with and made some great recommendations. I’ll definitely keep shopping there. Thank you!

We had a very good experience at this store today,the young lady helping us though very busy still found enough time to help my son get the suit he needed,finding sizes etc.
In between serving paying customers, still found the time for us,very impressed. Thankyou.

Nice gentleman clothing

Can any two botox driven girls be any less interested than these girls were. Also if I express my needs and you explain that we only have $500 suits ( in other colours and styles) and then I find the EXACT suit I wanted was $199 ( funny you didnt help me with those), I have a real problem with your ethics. At least apologise,as if it is an accident, vs no acknowledgment at all. If it wasn't a commodity purchase as this was, I would never be back.

I was at this store today with my mum and we were not happy with how we were treated. This is Australia, we pride ourselves for our customer service. The young lady with long brunette hair who seemingly did not know how to smile, was interacting with us with a nasty attitude and sarcasm. We were browsing through the knitted tops looking for a size and she interrupted us saying she has just folded the clothes. I worked in a retail store for children for 3 years, and unfortunately folding clothes frequently during a shift is a norm. There is no other way of finding sizes other than looking through? I guess she wanted us to have a 7th sense about which pile has what sizes. Please train your staff to have less ego, less attitude and perhaps kinder to the customers that are willing to spend $100s. I will never be back here. Atleast she won’t be hurt from us messing her folded clothes!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Disappointing experience to say the least. In the middle of a transaction the Manager Manal, bypassed my son and I and proceeded to assist another customer who just arrived. This action is disrespectful & shows a lack of consideration of others. When I questioned Manal she responded by threatening to call security and throw me out of the store instead of offering an explanation and addressing my concern in a professional manner. Tarocash teach your managers about conflict resolution and effective communication as she has no clue. You have just lost a local customer!
