Brought a pair of Bronx over 3 yrs ago, and purchased my second pair last week. They've been the best pair of boots I've ever brought! Plus great customer service! 10/10 will shop here again!

Easily some of the best shoes and boots I've ever bought.

I've gotten three pairs in about two years. Took two to Egypt and if you take care of them they'll still look great.

Purchased two pairs of shoes in the Uni Hill Branch. Original employee was absolutely fantastic and spent a long time with me to make sure I picked something just right.

I ended up needing to replace a pair a few weeks later and initially the person that served me was very rude to the point where a regional manager was involved. This would have lead to a 1 star review and I'd have never touched them again, but the manager was awesome and totally agreed with my points and was very shocked at the staff members attitude. All issues resolved and they avoided losing a customer.

Understaffed but thats just a sign of the times the one staff was great but working hard
