what an amazing service by Mariane from Essendon store, she totally understood my need of a size replacement and saved me a trip to city. I was impressed by service and she difinitely deserves a raise. 100% we need more people like her.

My husband and I came in looking for an outfit for a ball. Jess was extremely helpful, took her time to help us find something he might like, gave excellent suggestions (saved him from wearing a white turtle neck 🤦🏽‍♀) & even offered to help distract our 15mo son with Cocomelon while we looked around the store. Literally just walked out 10 minutes ago - the staff member on hand (Marianne, according to my receipt) was fantastic and efficient.
I normally avoid suits but had to get one this time and she made it as stressless as possible with her knowledge and excellent service.
Prices were exceptionally fair too.
Definitely going back when I need more formal attire!

What an amazing store for mens clothing. I think they have such a great range of products that you couldn't walk out of the store without buying anything.
I bought couple of shirts and they are awesome. I get lot of compliments bcoz of those.
Customer service was great.
If you want quality products which are different feom most of other shops then this is the place to go.

No one can fault the product! On the Friday dark haired CSO was very chatty and helpful and I purchased. The next day with 3 CSOs no greeting and no asking if we needed help. Made purchases due to quality and style of clothes!

Staff were absolutely lovely, the clothing is a bit expensive but there are a few products that politix have that are absolutely amazing and hard to find elsewhere.
