OSSO Rousehill

We went on a Monday bday evening so the place was fairly busy but not so much.. we ordered the pork ribs and the grilled salmon and they were both really good. A tad unimpressed with the deserts but I guess as a steak house they were pretty nice

We have been coming here for date lunch for a few years and this is quite possibly the best restaurant in The Hills. The only thing better than the octopus entree and the always cooked to perfection steaks, is the service. The manager Thomas is absolutely incredible, so personable, sensational at his job and makes the experience all the more memorable every time we come. Thank you Thomas for the surprise dessert for my husband’s birthday. Amazing!!!! 🥰🤤

Excellent service and the food was definitely delicious. Staff were very available and made our birthday dinner evening an absolute pleasant experience. Loved the decor on the cake tray and the singing. Thanks alot.

A very nice place for dinner and drinks, the atmosphere is lively and inviting. The Ossopolitan cocktail was perfect, we ordered 4 for the table after sampling someone's because it was so good and fresh! The food menu is diverse and hit the spot for hearty and generous meat dishes that did not scrimp on size so I felt it was great value for money. The service was very good, and the timing of 8 peoples large mains was perfect and quick after entrees. I had the Rump medium rare with a Creamy Diane sauce (loved the various options of side dishes and sauces), whilst it was a little too rare for a medium rare steak I still enjoyed it it was so tender! I added the side of bone marrow which came with a sauce as well I couldn't place to my Rump, there wasn't much bone marrow I could see as it was covered with caramelised onions but it was still a really good addition with the brocolini and carrots shared with the table. Desserts were OK, and overall it was a lovely night! Would return for a dinner with friends and family again!

I have worked in hospitality and was trained to be great at customer service.. this has made me have a higher expectation for service and this place is amazing for that. The staff are efficient and kind. All the food is amazing and the drinks are great too. I have come here multiple times for different occasions and have never been disappointed. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

My husband and I booked in at Osso Rouse Hill for our anniversary dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, the service was superb and everything came out quickly, which was a relief because we were trying to entertain our young son. The waiter offered us his phone holder so our son could watch the Wiggles while waiting for the food. We could not fault anything about the experience. We even had a few special requests - a quiet table out of the way with a high chair and space for our pram - and they were all too happy to cater. They even wished us a happy anniversary on our way out. Nice personal touch. This is not a cheap restaurant, but it is good value and we felt the incredible quality of everything we had was well worth the money. Thanks team Osso, we will be back.

Probably the best restaurant in Rouse Hill, it’s on the pricier end but it delivered both in terms of quality of service and food.
The restaurant was bigger than I expected, with amazing ambience✨(really good for taking photos of food as you can see down below 🥰)

What an awesome dinner! Haven’t experienced such lovely service in a Sydney restaurant for years! Just brilliant! Food was perfect, atmosphere was perfect, service was perfect! We can’t wait to go back A++

A unique combination of classy yet cozy restaurant. It is a fancy steak restaurant, but the service is so friendly, shout out to our waitress Gale which is one of the Mai reasons for this review. The steaks are perfectly cooked, wouldn't recommend the salmon though, but that was more of my friends problem, ordering salmon in a steak restaurant 😋. The kids options was also great, really love when the kids can share the same steak experience, so recommend the kids steak. The steaks were so big, that I didn't get a chance to try out the appetizers, so looking forward to try that in my next visit. Thanks again to a great night out, and a special thanks to Gale, our server.

Great experience here. Food was cooked amazingly and the portions were massive.

We ordered oysters Kilpatrick, bruschetta, bone marrow for entrees. For mains were the 400g rib eye cooked to perfection and a cabornara pasta.

Really Love to dine at this local restaurant. Staff are very accommodating to our needs and made sure we were happy with our food. We have come here a handful of times and our experience is always very pleasant. Thank you to the male supervisor also for a nice good chat with our friends.

The steaks were delicious, especially the eye fillet! Cooked medium-rare, which they cooked perfectly. I am so glad there is a good steak restaurant in Rouse Hill. The staff were also super nice. Been here a couple of times now and they've been great every time.

We have been to OSSO few times whenever we have friends to entertain. Every time the food and service is 5 stars.

We also get takeaways from here and the way they pack, the amount of food they put in a serving is value for money, decent quality ingredients as well.

Amazing service. The food was delicious. The team are great, asked how our food was, if they could get us any more drinks. We haven't had service like that for a while.
We will certainly be back.

It was my first time being here and I liked it, we were sitting outside, the staff were doing really well, even helped us to pick the best choice among the options we took.
The taste of the foods were amazing and we got lots of leftovers although we ordered half size of ribs !
It was also the first time to taste the Octopus in the way they serve it! It’s thousand times better than the fried type !!!

We'll be back. The manager tonight, Ron and our waitress, Lorraine, took service to a new level, they're the epitome of great hospitality industry service. I get around and see a lot but this is what I love to see at a restaurant. Attentive service and staff who are always on top of what's going on. It takes a certain character to pull that off and they killed it. I'm always watching i can't help it, I just love how a good restaurant operates and I am fascinated by good service and how it can change the whole experience. I think great food can be found everywhere but great service that seems rare these days and thats essentially why i go to restaurants for. Keep up the good work.

The ole misso had the marinara, she said was bloody tops . I had steak , of course. Cooked perfectly and the Argentinean wine was fab, fab , fab. Rate the joint

The service was very good especially from the young lady with the fiery red hair. Nothing was ever a problem.
The barman made excellent cocktails and was fast. He also made a special request for one of our guests and came to the table to make sure they were happy with it.
But overall…nothing beats the delicious food. Well done kitchen team, excellent food indeed.
The pâté was amazing and so was my steak and prawns. All 14 guests loved their meals and drinks and we are surely coming again.

Such a lovely vibes and delicious food. Lena was very friendly and tentative to suggest alternatives as I am on Keto. The Eye fillet steak was cooked to perfection! Its the grass fed no hormones was so yum also I ordered butter lettuce salad which was also so go. Despite of a busy Father’s day lunch time they served our order with less than 15 minutes! Amazing! Love it defiantly coming back!
