The team at Baum were fantastic. From the time I made contact till the time my beautiful Orbis was delivered to me and even afterwards. The customer service was amazing. Darren, Mick, Ryan, Shaun and the rest of the team were great. Constantly kept me updated and so helpful. Darren & the rest of the team built me my bespoke dream bike. Such a pleasure to ride. Such precision and attention to detail. The whole Baum journey was all part of an experience that I will always remember and made it all that more special. If you want the best titanium bike, Baum is the one and only place.

Woowwww what a fantastic bicycle manufacturer. I had Ryan fit me up and it is the ultimate bike fit. These guys have an adjustable rig which displays the power vectors as you pedal in real time allowing for adjustments with instant feedback. I have one leg ever so slightly shorter than the other and this equipment was able to display that and Ryan was able to make adjustments to correct for that. The service here was incredible and the bikes they have built are just on another level. The craftsman, weld quality and paint is top notch and I would recommend anyone interested in getting a custom made bicycle to come and check this place out. You will not regret it. Thanks for the amazing service Ryan and I cannot wait for my bike to arrive.

My Baum experience is one of my most memorable occasions in my cycling life. To be treated so well, listened to, being fitted for my bike then taking delivery of a magnificent bike that I have now been riding regularly for 8 years and still love it dearly. Thanks heaps
