McDonald's Corio

The girl on the coffee machine this morning was amazing. Could tell she hustled to get my cappuccino out because I was on my way to work, really appreciated her hard work and I just made my train!

would like to to give the manger i think? her name was sophie a amazing praise, she went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct, it was all made fresh and brought out to me at the table by her, her customer service really stood out to me and my wife, we would like to thank her again

They Might have been a bad day but nothing was up to par not even the food. Service well if that's what they call it. Very unpleasant atmosphere everyone not happy with things today.

I was served by Alex. She was very polite and professional. She listened and understood my needs as a customer.
Alex had a smile on her face and was friendly.
It was great to see that she loved her job and was surrounded by positive people. Best midnight feed I have had!!

Very well laid out, fast service, good atmosphere. This is 1 of the best Maccas we've been to in years. Not only was the order quick and hot, there were excellent seating options. We unfortunately live a long way from here for regular visits as it would likely be our favourite.

Coke was a touch warm, but the service from the staff made it worthwhile

Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve seen in my life.

We stopped in for breakfast after departing from the Spirit of Tasmania on 18/2/23 and were so impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the toilets. This store also had table service as an option which is a rarity in McDonalds stores since Covid. The young man who served us with our meal at the table was also very polite even as far as the neat presentation of the food on the tray. All round an exceptional experience. We have never reviewed a McDonalds store before but felt that this store is worth a special mention.

They have big macs there. I like big macs.
They also still accept CASH, I like paying with cash! 👍

Improved bakery foods such as hot cross buns, fruit muffins, though price increase hurts. Service smart, keen to please, great table service where needed. Good staffing level, reduces wait times. Restaurant kept bright and clean. Main atmosphere problem is squealing young kids, but we expect that aat times.

I came through drive thru (12:20am) and ordered nuggets, triple cheese burger and Dbl chicken and drove off. My son checked to realise we were given a regular chicken burger, I came back through drive thru again (12:30am) spoke with cashier, which I'm sure he was the manager ( Micheal) he apologised and corrected our order allowing us to keep the regular chicken burger,which we thought was a very kind gesture keeping in mind he didn't have to .
McDonald's Corio should be proud to employ a young man like Michael. 👍🏻

Super happy staff (played let it grow). On the way home from mount gambier at 7:30pm the cheeky MacDonalds run came through lovely staff😊

One of the best Maccas I have been to in Australia. Fast and efficient service and the burgers were even well assembled and presented. Such an excellent standard that other Maccas could learn from. Good work team.

I went to Corio McDonald’s today at around 9:30am. Whoever the order taker was, he was extremely friendly and super energetic and knows exactly how to deliver good customer service! Also my coffee was amazing so whoever made that, you’re the best.

I have just been there, 12.30pm, it is absolutely packed through the drive through, I went inside and watched these young guys working their buts off. The leadership and team work is a credit to you all in this very stressful time. Great job guys. Appreciate you all.

Amazing service in drive thru, the team there were nice and friendly! Service was very quick, food was fresh, hot and well presented.

Great restaurant! Literally eat here all the time and the food gets better every time I come.

Well I first walked in and ordered my meal and got this new burger Angus beef and lettuce beetroot bacon and onion rings on it well who ever made it (a young 16 year old with dark hair kept on looking at me so I turned my head )and got my order the chips were colder than the Arctic but you burger was dumped on top was beetroot and bacon and all the fillings so I took it back and showed them they were so apolagetic they gave me another burger witch was not bad it looked like
.the picture on the menu and some very hot chips to go with it witch was a freebie thanks for that the only reason wy I gave them 5 stars is that they were all young but very professional wen it came to fixing things up good on ya gys then I was there last week and the food was hot and delicious so keep it up yeah

It's a good time for getting a few, but thats about it. Off to the communal couch now gotta get rid of some bhuke rocks that have been nagging me for a few days now. Could be an abomination. Good nuggets by the way

Arriving at 8am to be greeted by enthusiastic staff members with a awesome smile!!! Brilliant customer service, friendly staff, awesome meal. Amazing team effort! 👌
