Finn's Rib 'n' Brisket

This was an accidental discovery for me, was in Bunnyings and trying to find something quick for dinner, and here we go! Great taste! Juicy and smoky meat! Good proportion of food which worth every single penny you paid! Friendly staff! Mac&Cheese, a must try! If I could give more than 5 stars I would certainly do it without doubt! I will be back for sure! ❤❤❤ (Sorry for all the exclamation marks, still so exited even after meal🤣🤣🤣)

What an absolute oasis of quality in a sea of inferior fast food garbage that has taken over the food scene in Geelong.
We stumbled upon Finn's Rib 'n' Brisket while at the nearby mini-market, we'd been wanting to try brisket for a long time, we watch a lot of food web-series and brisket had become a holy grail for us, but we were terrified it wouldn't live up the hype we'd built up.
But we need not have worried as everything about Finn's brisket is perfection, from the tenderness of the meet to the in house rubs and sauces, we were utterly blown away.
We are a family on a strict budget but that week we through our budget out the window and went back three nights in 3 days to have the Loaded Spud, it comes with a very very generous amount of the gorgeous brisket and is seasoned and buttered perfectly, drizzled with Finn's sauce and sour cream it is literally my favourite meal I've ever eaten now.

I found this place not too long after they'd opened by doing a Google search for take away food whilst I was at Bunnings... and what a glorious find it was! We were a match made in heaven. I'd never even been to these shops before discovering Finn's. A Brisket Belly Buster with Finn's Sauce was my choice and what I've ordered on repeat visits. It's so tender and just melts in the mouth.

My only frustration... is the opening hours. You see I have the special ability to crave some brisket when the shop is closed. You won't believe the amount of times I've gone to get a roll on a day they're not open, or I've wanted one at lunch time and they don't open until the evening. It's a skill, I tell ya! On top of this I've gone to the shop when online searches imply it should be open, only to find it's closed.

So my Brisket Rolls have been few and far between BUT thoroughly enjoyable when the worlds aligned and I've managed to bag one.

Truly incredible.. the Family Feast is $45 and comes with so much food, and it's all delicious. There aren't many BBQ or smokery places in Melbourne generally, but this is by far the best we've had! Perfectly cooked brisket falls apart in your mouth, and the chicken wings are moist, tender and just slide off the bone. The sides don't disappoint either - excellent portion sizes, super friendly staff and some of the tastiest meats, dips, gravies, salads and coleslaw you'll find. Cannot recommend enough!

I happened to stumble upon this place by accident and what a fantastic find. I can’t wait to go back. Friendly owner and delicious cuisine, especially the Mac and cheese. Geelong needs more places like this. I hope this continues to be a success for a long time to come.

We ordered ribs and pork they were both delicious and tender the meat falling off the bone, it was a pleasant surprise to have found this place after trying ribs from other places which were less than impressive.
We will definately be regulars.

The owner is awesome he seems so happy to serve you his food very cool guy I would def eat his food again and finns sauce oh my god its the best sauce ever I got his 2 meats meal I had brisket and ribs and macaroni the food is some of the best I've found in Geelong and for 25 bucks thats a huge amount of food great amount for you're money

Delicious slow cooked BBQ meats. Great sauces. I really like the slaw and scalloped potato. Highly recommended. 😊 👍
