Wow what a fantastic bunch of people. Family owned down to earth group of people. Great range of tools and the sales guys know their stuff. I deal with Aaron, we just clicked the first time we met. He has always looked after me. No hard sell. Just honest sales. Ray the owner and all the staff are fantastic people. Do me a favour guys, when you go into the store, don't go there being entitled. Just be friendly and courteous, and see the difference the sales staff make. The worst experience for a sales person is a rude entitled customer. Just be the nice customer and see the difference. I will be buying from these guys for many years to come. When you find a good store, with nice people working there, support them.

The staff have a great sense of humour, and will help you with any tool you need for every trade (Automotive, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc).

Will always return here for specialist tools and highly recommend for anyone who works in the Greater Shepparton area who needs tools.

We lost my brothers invoice (for proof of purchase)for an Ego mower and whipper snipper..when I enquired about a replacement invoice Darren tracked it down and emailed it to me.Great bit of work going the extra yard for me..thanks heaps PC

Really large store with lots of tools for almost every purpose you could ever want. The staff (in my experience) have been extremely helpful whenever I've asked for help. Highly recommend them over somewhere like Bunnings for whatever tools you need.

Go here before other stores you would be surprised on price.
