Tony at Chirnside Park was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, full of tips/ideas & had a great sense of humour. Answered every question we had, and helped us find our perfect couch…which then turned into finding our new, much needed dining table! Not a typical pushy salesman, he let us wonder around on our own, and wasn’t far away when we needed him. Would highly recommend him & Nick Scali staff. Will definitely be back to finish furnishing our new house!

We are really pleased with our first "grown up couches" - our teens love them too. Great service, recieved clear communication the whole way through. The team that delivered were wonderful...clean, polite and got in and got the job done. The actual couches are great...so glad we spent the extra on the electric recline - we use it daily and everyone has a preferred position to get ultimate comfort. They are so comfortable, and the fabric feels so soft.

So, so happy with our purchase. We’ve had a lovely experience from show room to delivery. Every person, every step of the way has made this purchase a very easy process.

From our first visit to the store (Matt) was very helpful and guided us in choosing our couch.
Delivery was well done especially when they text you with the exact time of delivery.
We had to have a technican out after installation and that too was handled promtly.

The Nick Scali store in Chirnside is great. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. She answered all our questions before we asked her! Great customer service and the delivery drivers were lovely! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at the chirnside store, the store assistant was very helpful and thorough. The wait time was quite long to have the couch delivered however when it was I was met with very helpful delivery drivers. All round a good experience.

On the day of delivery, the drivers kept me informed to the minute, were pleasant, swift & tidy. Assessing the quality and wear & tear will reveal itself over time but to date, very happy with the furniture & overall experience.

What makes this store is the staff, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. No question was unanswered and they helped us understand what couch was right for our room size and comfort. Really good prices too, I was surprised. Thank you!!!

Actually quite surprised... my Mum bought a sofa bed for several thousand dollars, bit much I thought, but that's what she wanted. After 9 months and maybe 5 times it was actually used as a bed, we noticed a small weld on the frame was loose - the sofa bed was still fully functional but a little bit of wire was no longer welded to where it should have been. She called up the store and explained what happened, hoping to (at best) have someone come out and re-weld it, like with soldering iron or something. But lo and behold, they actually - quite impressively I should add - replaced the whole thing! Brand new couch! Fresh new leather smell and everything.

She had it for a good 9 months and it was very much used, only with a small bit of damage, which didn't even impact the use of the thing (it still worked 100%, just looked odd with a bit of wire sticking out) but they flat out gave her a new one. I don't usually give positive reviews but I thought that was pretty damn amazing customer service. I suppose if you spend the big money you get the good service... not that I can afford that kind of furniture but if I could I'm super comforted to know they support their customers to such a degree. Credit where credit is due. (I was seriously thinking they'd say 'what's wrong with it??.. nothing... so what are you complaining about?') Like I said, if I had the cash I would buy quality furniture from them knowing they'd totally back me up if it was at all faulty. Keep up the good work!
