Great customer service! I was there with my brother to shop for a wedding. The lady welcomed us with a smile that went on the entire experience. She patiently helped us to choose the right outfit in the right colour. We were really satisfied, definitely going back again as one of their VIP members.

Extremely happy with the service I get every time I visit the store and extremely happy with the products too. Sometimes they don’t have all sizes but they can get stuff in for you too. Great store great products.

Great Store!

Not very helpful, I asked if they had any EA brown belts, they only had one in store and the lady turned round to me and said no store in Australia has got brown belts.
Then said to me, try ordering online. When I got home I looked online and got what I wanted from chadstone store.
I got the feeling that I was not good enough because I was in my work top and short and thong’s, my money is just as good as the next person’s, both sales assistant’s was looking at me as Tho I was nobody they was rude, ignorant and didn’t want to go that extra yard to help a paying costumer.
As I said i got what I needed for $240 from chadstone, so thanks Doncaster branch for a rubbish costumer experience.

Terrible, the team inside that store on Sunday morning are an embarrassment to the brand.
The young girl spent 10mins leaning into the watch display with her knees on the ottoman.
Unclean appearance dirty tee and baggy jeans a long side a Gucci belt.
Didn’t think brand ambassador should promote other luxury brands?
Upon return of her male team members whom also was rather unkept in appearance. They both leant on pos station and held a conversation.
Shameful honestly would not employ either team members for my own company.
Time to lean time to clean in my opinion and those shelves could do with some windex
