Universal Store

Went to this store today and the store manager was so helpful and friendly. She was so friendly as soon as I entered the store. Greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend :)

If i Could rate this store 10 stars i would, never have I ever felt more happy to shop than at Doncaster Universal. The girls and guys in there are the epitome of perfect customer service. From suggestions to life advice, these guys n gals are peak performers. Amazing team and even better individuals. Every time i go into this store, the team recognise my face and remember me and the items i purchased last time which is so refreshing. LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU GUYS!

Went in today and was served by the nicest staff member Kate, customer service and patience with me was incredible throughout my entire visit. she helped me find my perfect fit in jeans and made me feel really comfortable despite me being incredibly fussy.

Just had to listen to a manager bully his staff, yelling at one of the assistants whilst i browsed the jeans racks. It was awful. I will NEVER enter any of these stores again. And if by any chance that lovely, brave store assistant reads this- you are way too good for that job. To the creep of a regional manager: Men yelling at women anywhere is not ok you jerk.
