JB Hi-Fi Doncaster

Oh my god!!! The dedication and consideration of customers and what they wanted to purchase is amazing…The security guard was so kind, and the person who helped me choose my electronics made sure that I got good deals, instead of just trying to rip me off and only push for me to buy the most expensive one… He made sure I walked out of the store with a smile on my face, including him taking $200-$300 off my order. The store itself considers University students and I find that so helpful.

Putting this review so that James H and Kate get the recognition they deserve..

Came in very unsure on Sunday the 3rd of March over a camera I use every single day with a defect; didn’t have a receipt,
And the process of finding it was arduous

Not only did they not shrug me off
They really followed through and organised a new camera for me even though it took 30 minutes to do so..

I went to JB hifi at Doncaster two weeks ago regarding a problem with my son's smartwatch and was covered under extra cover. Staff there was amazing went through the process and the replacement offered by third party company was not the one I have subscription for. Georgia was amazing in dealing with this particular issue and swapped the replacement offer to the one which I had subscription for. I also had issue with my sony headphones I purchased and she dealt in very professional way and my issue was resolved in half hour. Big shout out to Georgia. If any one of you have issues reach out to Georgia she will very professional in dealing with customer issues.

Just had another positive experience buying a new 75" TV & stand from Doncaster. A big thanks to Song, he was ultra helpful & knowledgeable, we had a great customer experience, and delivery happened exactly as he said it would, despite the busy Black Friday sales period. We always have a good experience at this store. Thank you!

JB is a great retail chain and a source for amazing products. Purchased an AirFryer and sales person was very honest in their assessment of products and did not try and oversell the most expensive. Very satisfied with my purchase

We upgraded my wife's S20+ to the brand new S21 as it's lighter for her wrist when holding for long periods.

JB now has a great deal where it is only $549 for a new 128GB Samsung S21 phone, down from original price $1349.

Also the deal allows you to have $10 off per month for your phone plan, from $69 to $59 and 60GB plus 20GB extra 5G data per month, with only a 12 month contract as opposed to 24 months. Don't worry, if you go over the 80GB, it goes to free unlimited data at 4G speeds.

We felt it was really worth is as the discounted $59 phone plan is worth $708 over 12 months. They have applied a $700 gift card with the discounted price for this new phone so you are basically gaining a whole year's phone coverage with 80GB to unlimited internet for just $8 a year on a brand new phone.

If you are looking for an upgrade, this is definitely a great hot new deal and well worth it.

After an average/disappointing experience at the Apple store, I went to JB with my specific request that would not be met by Apple. James took time to answer questions, and was able to assist and meet my request (unlike Apple). While the store did not have the specific model/specifications I was after in stock today, he spent time contacting a number of other stores and offered a range of other options to speed up supply.

Many thanks James.  I see you as a benchmark for other salespeople (at JB and other mega retail stores).  I hope management recognise his professional skills.
