Great variety of items here! Unfortunately they barely ever have the exact items I’m looking for, but that’s not the store’s fault. Great customer service and amazing range of awesome Anime merchandise. Love all the One Piece and My Hero Academia!

Great store, lots of variety, heaps of sales, easy parking.

Did my first click and collect. Everything went smoothly and I was able to pick up my purchase on the same day! Greeted by a king staff at the entrance, good hygiene practice and covid safe measures implemented. I felt safe doing my shopping here. Everything I needed was in stock. No problems during the checkout. It was a quick and easy shop! Will be a returning customer.

Excellent service from this Big W store. I was in the area and decided to walk in to buy a non essential item. Little did I know, the store was due to close. As I walked in, I was greeted by a lady who informed me that the store was going to close in “two minutes”.

As the item was non essential and I could have got it from Woolies or Coles which opens later, I told the lady that it was ok and that I could do without. She asked me what the item was, when I told her, she took me straight there. I got the item, paid for it and was out within two minutes. Excellent service!

Today I went to big W Doncaster and was genuinely surprised by how helpful and nice the boys working in the toy department were - it’s the first time I’ve encountered genuinely nice and helpful people who it actually felt like they wanted to be at their jobs this Christmas. They were crazy busy unpacking and stocking the shelves but that didn’t stop them from helping me, one was named Alex and he’s seriously made my little boys Christmas, so Alex - thanks so much! And to big w well done on having such a happy and helpful team!

Staff were very helpful and professional, checking stock levels, checking the back store room till they found me my product, I hope this store stays!

Love as great shop at big w for kids toys. They have good prices and a really good selection of junk the kids want to buy. Self service is okay but I prefer someone to serve me since I'm keeping someone in a job. At the self serve you always need someone since you stuff it up or there's an error with the scan. Enjoy your shopping

Was greeted as I walked in because I wanted to find a backpack and sure enough the staff were very helpful. Purchased the backpack and a pair of board shorts at a great deal. Customer service was exceptional for a discount retailer. Would recommend.

Needed Minion stuff for birthday party. I'd tramped all over Melbourne and had no joy.

Then I came here.

I'm $250 lighter now but I have all the Minion stuff I could need.

The staff doing the click and collector and they were fantastic. It's not an ideal world where we all have to queue to pick up items, which we shouldn't have to, but I've got nothing but positive things to say about them.
