Kangaroo Island Seaside Inn

Stayed 2 night in the family room…really nice and big. Bathroom was new and hot water was amazing. View from the balcony of the sea were great to sit and have glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. Great service as well.

Nice rooms and the couple running the place were very friendly. We showed up after hours and they were very nice about helping us get into our room.

Stayed here with a group just recently. All of the rooms have a lovely view of the ocean which is a wonderful sight when you wake up each day. Our room was clean and everything worked. It's only a 10-minute walk to the main area of Kingscote. We chose the path that has views of the ocean and it was very pretty.

The service at the motel was friendly and professional, and always with a smile. Jas and team work very hard and go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

I'd highly recommend this Seaside Inn to anyone visiting Kangaroo Island. One of the best stays I've had... Really helped me out when I was in a bit of spot. They were very helpful and efficient when sorting me out 10 minutes before reception closed.

They're in a very convenient location, a short walk to town and beautiful seaside views. Great value, especially over some of the more expensive retreats. Closer proximity to essential services and amenities as well. Staff were nice enough. The beds were extremely comfortable, easy to sleep in and rest your bones after a lot of driving. The shower was perfect in terms of heat and pressure.

These guys are definitely the way to go if you're staying on the island for a few days or even longer. Thanks heaps guys!

We are lucky to visit Kangaroo Island and stay at this motel which is situated on the seafront. The owners of this motel really looked after us in every way. We recommend this motel to everyone visiting KI.

In a big group of Harley riders. We were made to feel very welcome. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Water pressure excellent and the location is amazing!
Such a great place to stay!!!

When I booked this room on Air B&B, I didn't realize it was in a motel. That did not matter at all, but what would have made a difference was I could have pre-booked dinner and breakfast. Reception was great. They escorted us to our room and made sure we were settled. It was an end unit and we had a great view from our room. We really enjoyed our stay.

Can highly recommend this motel.. It is in a great location, the rooms were clean , large and the managers went over and above to make sure we had a lovely time. We stayed 3 nights and they were so accommodating. Their Indian food was good as well. All rooms have a great view of the sea. We would stay again.👌

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and tidy. The view was phenomenal. The reception staff was so friendly and helpful, he was willing to microwave my dinner and also let us borrow the towels for the beach for thee day even though we were checking out that day. Would give more than 5 stars if i could.

Firstly , when we got there, we were informed there was no restaurant operating. Not enough shower condiments.Not all the lights worked. The TV was hard to work. The door handle was hard to turn. The manager allowed us to use the kitchen and cook porridge in the morning. Our room wasn't cleaned. Then we asked for a clean and they didn't do anything. The manager came back and gave us a few more toiletries.
Staff at reception, kind. Manager was mind. But, I wouldn't stay there again..

This excellent motel was the perfect choice for myself & my family. It has the stairs with ramps to the upper level. Our four days stay was very nice and comfortable. Rooms are very well decorated with heating and cooling system. Staff was friendly and professional. Looking forward to book it in near future.

'A million dollar view'
The ocean view from this motel was so great. It was so relaxing to watch and listen the waves from balcony. Excellent with its services, cleanliness, location,price and specially food. food was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Looking so forward to come back🤞

This place is good value for Kangaroo Island which is expensive in general. Rooms have larger smart TVs, you can easily view from the bed, which is a plus for us.

I with my family had a wonderful time while staying kangaroo island seaside inn. It is located just on the bay with a beautiful clean water sea view. Rooms are very well maintained, white cotton bed sheets, big android TVs for entertainment, every room has a sea view from balcony, bathrooms are neat n clean. Staff is so friendly and helping. Hotel restaurant provides a great variety of tasty food. Many of the Tourists sites are located near the hotel on a few minutes drive.

Great place to stay. We had the premium room and found it large enough for the 4 of us. The balcony just not so private. Room had a great shower and the air con worked well. View from the room was magic and made even more special with the rainbow. Happy 15 minute walk to town for supper seal watching and pelican feeding as well as supper.

It was an excellent experience on the island. The great service by the beautiful couple was cherry on top. I really loved the attitude of person attending the guests and way he welcomes you is awesome. I am really amazed to see such good people in Adelaide.

This peaceful motel facility was the perfect choice for myself & my mother. It’s ideal for those who cannot use stairs with ramps to the upper level. We were looking for a quiet place to stay, to rejuvenate, catch up on some business & as a base to visit the islands attractions. Our room was extremely clean & the staff/host were very friendly. They also went out of their way to provide much needed information about sights to visit on the Island. It’s located right on the seafront 1km from the Main Street (10 mins walk) which is ideal for those who don’t have transport. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms & fabulous showers. The buffet breakfast covered everything you could ask for. A great little yacht club on the beachfront serves meals on Friday nights. We will definitely recommend to our friends/family & will be back. Thanks for having us 😊👍 😍
