Rohit provided great showroom service. Went in on a saturday and he arranged for the door to be installed on the following Wednesday. The tradesman that showed up was on time and went over and above to square the door up with my 1985 warped door frame. Also made some slight lock adjustments to ensure the door closed smoothly and without needing to much force. He talked just enough to explain the job and give you confidence he knows what his doing. But he didnt procrastinate either.

Great information and advice given when we came in. The installation was 2 weeks later than quoted which was disappointing but the end result was worth the wait. Installation was fantastic.! Arrived on time and it took the full day as quoted. Love the results.

More than happy with the service received by the Sales reps at Springvale. We purchased a white fibreglass external side garage door. David was the sales rep we dealt with at the time but I can't recall the other sales rep name but he was quite friendly and suggesting a sooner time for our door installation (Saturday quotation and come Monday door installati
on) we were soo lucky to have a quick turnaround 😀.
Glenn the carpenter that came out today was awesome very diligent with the installation of the door was even able to get the old locks had on the old door installed on this new one which was great can't thank you enough for that! Thanks team at Springvale !

Great doors, great price, great install. We have just had 11 internal doors installed. David from the Springvale store was so helpful showing us all the designs and handle options and putting up with our many questions and changes. Doors arrived in perfect condition and were expertly installed by Hadi. He fitted each door into its space and cleaned up after. The doors look fantastic and we are more than happy with them.
