I would like to say a huge thank you to an exceptional employee named Ebony. I had an issue and I was having trouble resolving it and she took charge (even though it wasn’t her that caused the issue) and made sure that I had a solution, the store manager was made aware so that she had someone to follow up in her absence; Ebony organised the whole process and then called me back with a plan. It was thoughtful, invested customer service. The item is a really important Christmas gift and it’s ready for Christmas Day and I am so grateful and relieved. Thank you again to Ebony and the management team for their impeccable and wonderful service.

Ordered online. Brought and showed my proof of purchase email to the front. While they got it, I went and browsed the store. Once I was done browsing, I went to the front and collected my items. Pretty smooth shopping experience. I recommend this method of buying items if you don't need to see it in person. The prices are competitive with other outdoor stores.

Special thanks to Zach. He prioritized my bike as I was in a hurry and fixed it on the spot and did a little complimentary service too. It's not just about fixing the bike; it's about the way you went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you so much Zach!

Nice big store, plenty of parking and what I wanted was on special, win all round.

We were looking for an XXXL HH jacket however they had none in stock. We were so fortunate to be served by Lucy who provided the most unbelievable customer service.
Lucy searched the inventory of all stores, trying to find the XXXL item, then called two stores looking to find one. She was on hold so she used her own private mobile to call another store simultaneously!!
Unfortunately Lucy was not able to locate this jacket, so she helped us purchase on online !!!
Lucy was amazing and demonstrates what great customer service is all about!!
Anaconda, you should use Lucy to induct all your staff on customer service that exceeds expectation!!!

Went in today chasing a jacket for my wife that Brighton didn’t have, only had an old one to compare size, found a lady by the name of Lucy, she sized compared and found the one I was looking for. To easy, thx Lucy.

Great Anaconda branch. Well stocked shop with plenty of reasonably priced gear. Plenty of free parking in the shopping centre.

Amazing customer service from this young man named Zack. Very polite and knowledgeable about the products that I was asking for. By doing so, I was able to entrust him to give his opinion on each item. There is a nice variety of items in the store and the overall politeness from the rest of the staff makes me want to come back to the store and suggest it to others.

Gem of a store with excellent staff, Aaron and Tarsha especially. I purchased a swag (not naming names) that was uncharacteristically lacking and had serious issues; they were very helpful in leading me through a return and in the purchase of a different swag which has turned out to be an absolute beauty.
