Absolutely fantastic service! Rang to today to see if they had a vac in stock before I drove in as mine just died. Asked if they priced matched, which they did. I then purchased online so I could PayPal it and click and collect. Drove over there and picked up my new vac and it was on a trolley for me so I was ready to go! From purchase to me having it back at home was no more than half an hour! Their service is outstanding. Thanks so much Raman :) 5stars

Went in today with a $109.8 gift card just looking to spend it and got the best customer service i could wish for. I don't remember the person who helped me's name but i just want to say thank you, you're a real and you made me and my dad's day also i gift wrapped the google nest and wireless charger for my dad :)

We ordered a large number of furniture from this store incl customised items, and everything arrived intact and in good condition.
Items included, Sofa set - 3+2+2 , another Sofa set 3+2 and Queen beds -3 and mattresses etc
The staff from sales to delivery were very accommodative of our requests and were flexible and kind enough to store the items until our new house was handed over. When we were ready to receive items, they arranged delivery and every item was delivered in good condition as per the delivery schedule organised by them.
Will go back and recommend this store for future purchases as well!

The place where you know you will be given good service, with a good variety of product to select from. I visited to return product, an easy process with a no fuss refund.

As a bonus I went to Springvale Home Center where there is plenty of competition and nice coffee shops so again improving the total experience.

For me parking was easy and there appears to be ample parking close by. For those who need easy access, there is an elevator from the park to level 2.

I am delighted to give a five-star rating and a glowing review to Mike, an exceptional staff member at the small appliance section of this store. He has proven to be the most responsible and helpful person I have ever encountered. Mike went above and beyond to assist me with the repairs of a vacuum cleaner I purchased here two years ago, not once but twice. When it couldn't be fixed, he promptly arranged for a replacement. Although he wasn't my initial salesperson, he displayed remarkable enthusiasm and dedication in resolving my issues.

Excellent service for the past few visits. Cant remember all their names but Ron, Noel @(electrical) and Luka (furniture)and the accounts team have been very helpful. Ron (hopefully that's his name) not only assisted with the price match, but waived the delivery fee to match the competitors which we didn't ask for. We were amazed by his honesty. Bought a few appliances the past month, and would certainly come back again!

Went to HN to get vacuum bags for my Miele Complete C3 (HyClean GN) normally/RRP $25, HN had them online for $23, in-store promotion for w packs $40.

I recently purchased some outdoor furniture through Harvey Norman online but had to contact the Springvale store to clear up some issues which I experienced with the online system.
I was put through to a lovely team member called Kathryn W in the outdoor living section. Without exaggeration, this lady gave me the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. She went above and beyond to deliver great service and solve the issue I had.
Kathryn displayed excellent knowledge of both the product and the ordering system, clearly explaining what had occurred. The way she handled my issue was faultless. Mr Harvey, this lady is a real credit to your organisation!

Me and my partner came in looking for a tv and loc assisted me and her to buy the best tv for our budget, we got the Sony Bravia 75 inch 4k + Denon sound bar for our entertainment. Loc is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Me and my partner are more than happy with our purchases and are very happy with the service loc provided for us.

Visited this store today looking for an Air Purifier. Was very fortunate to meet Mike who was extremely helpful. His knowledge on the product was a huge bonus for us. He was friendly Polite and very Professional. Besides selling the product he went out of his way by going to the warehouse and brought the box to the cashiers desk without making us go to the collection area. So grateful for this pleasant experience today. We returned home with a Samsung Air Purifier feeling quite pleased and also a bit of knowledge on the product. Thank You Mike. Quick pick up of goods; But customer service good

My partner and I recently came in to "browse" for a tv. We were greeted by Loc who was friendly, knowledgeable and unassuming. He gave up his lunchtime to assist us and explained all the ins and outs of tv technology and showed us the corresponding deals. We are super excited with our purchases (yes, we subsequently ended up purchasing more white goods from Loc because we were impressed by his service) and even happier that he made delivery very easy. I do highly recommend him.
